The sad thing is that impeachment is not a criminal trial, so faking and manipulating evidence isn’t really punished with criminal prosecution. The criminal trial process and the impeachment process are two very different things. The structure of impeachment prosecution allows manipulation of evidence without criminal punishment. @TBonaI'm not a lawyer so this is strictly for the conversation of the chat but I think it was completely wrong to hold a rally next to the Capitol Building which should of never happened however other factors must be considered and absolutely need to be investigated to determine he was not set up or framed as well which would be a grave mistake of justice.
The individuals who were arrested and had caused violence should be interviewed and investigated to ensure there is justice and truth to the process otherwise it is a danger for all.
