You are so brave, Morgan. It's not easy to put yourself in a position of vulnerability. I know you did it to help others, which makes it all the more admirable. Thank you for the insight on how you found help. I'm VERY happy for you. Please don't regard the tears as an "awful part" of your personality. As a fellow cryer, I have accepted over the years that it's the way I'm made. There's no shame in sensitivity. Way to go, Morgy. I'm very proud of you. XO

I never usually comment but I just wanted to say, you are really inspiring and I could listen to you talk for hours! I am glad you are getting the right help and support. I've had mental health struggles throughout my life, at my lowest I was throwing up everyday with anxiety. Going to the GP did not help, because all they did was assume I was pregnant (I wasn't), it felt like they weren't really listening to me. I was pretty underweight at the time, I've realised now a lot of my mental health issues can be managed by my diet, as weird as that sounds. I now avoid food that I am "intolerant" to because.. gut health is a major factor that contributes to my depression and anxiety. I hope that you will make more progress it sounds like you are taking the right steps! Thank you for the video :)

Morgan!! I've been following your blog since before I went to college (5 years ago) and I love how your content has evolved!
This video is so helpful and I just wanted to say you shouldn't apologize for crying!! There's nothing wrong with showing emotion in different ways. I can empathize with the anxiety struggles and there was a point where I was crying so much every day and apologizing and thinking I was such a burden on others. But that's just a lie that depression feeds people! People who truly love you love you when you're healthy and when you're sick:)
