@@joshuakenison1077 yeah because that's interesting when I plugged mine in I had no problem it charged and it played music yeah maybe you might have to get another one I don't know but I don't understand why it's not charging your phone cuz and for you to pair your phone up you got to hold the pairing button and then it'll tell you you're pairing with that device

Does it work with newer iPhones? I have 12 and it doesn’t work, but with the other iPhones 10 and 11 it works.
I just got one of these for Christmas, but i cant seem to get the wireless charger to work. Any ideas?

dont get this product, mine would stop charging every 2 seconds and would disconnect from Bluetooth

How do you put it in pairing mode
So there's a button on the side for you to push it to turn it on and you go into settings and you pair it and it'll tell you that it's pairing
