It’s actually really easy to build a putter,I’ve re-shafted mine before and when u put the putter in the vice,get a small leveller and make sure the face is 100% square first then put the grip on and then re-check the face THEN once the grip is on,put that leveller on the grip and check it in 3-4 different places and when u see it’s square all the way up the grip,leave it to dry(24 hrs if it’s glue) then your good to go
