This being my first flip, and getting hit in the nasty hail storm here in Colorado, It was intimidating to say the least, but we got it sold, we DID profit, and in this video, you'll find out how much, and how it made me feel.
I sold the vehicle locally on craigslist to a young man who wanted a project car. I never even plated the car, just had temporaries.
