Thank you so so much for taking care of us mom’s out here. Yes we definitely had no time but when we do we don’t want to waste it in the bathroom. I get tired of all the steps we are supposed to take for good skin…who has the time or money! How would I use it being a mature lady, living in Australia, with skin that’s forgotten how to produce any collagen at all😂. I use Retin A and wonder how I would introduce this in my skin care routine.
Hi Cath! I know how you feel lol and thank you for asking. Recommend to start 1x/week at night and use alone. Rinsing is optional but best to leave solution on if it’s not too much. You’re doing just fine give yourself more credit. Hope this helps!
