That football player Bill was talking about, Charlie Janerette, was shot and killed by a negligent Philadelphia police officer in 1984.

According to a website, an opera singer named Ingeborg Nordquist did indeed win on the January 9, 1950 show. This would mean that Cavett was shoveling coal at the age of thirteen, so both Cosby and Cavett are correct. She sang and she won on "Arthur Godfrey's Talent Scouts".

Jack Benny had to have been a big influence on Cosby.

Jack Benny was an influence on every comedian either directly or indirectly.

But they talk about an episode of Talent Scouts from January 9 1950, in which my great grandma, Ingeborg Nordqist won. This interview did happen in 1973 though I believe.

Subject, verb and even a direct object thrown in for free. Yes, it is an English sentence.

Ted Bundy was a really good looking guy. Interesting that the predator on the stage was Cosby.
