Nice to see someone else with their own games for daily life. One game (unofficial) is to get the dishes done before having to run to the bathroom (don't lose that one). Or, get everything prepped before the popcorn is done (ice and drink, bowl, butter ready to melt, seasoning if desired). I just toss the frozen item into the toaster and give it just a little more time. Kyde, you have like-minded people out there. Thanks for sharing the fun!

Funny video 😊 I also freeze my bread, but I skip the microwave and put it straight in the toaster, and it comes out like new. Kyde's OCD toast making ritual made me laugh, and that was certainly the weirdest toast ingredients I've ever seen. Was also impressed with the recycling room. We don't have anything like that where I live, but kudos to Japan for doing that.
This was Fun, I do late night runs to the fridge also but for pickles! 🤫.

Yes freeze your bread and always have fresh bread! No need to defrost if you're going to toast it. I do it all the time. Bread is porous so it defrosts while toasting. Also when you want fresh bread just spray a little water on both sides and microwave for 30 sec - just like fresh!
I thought that's where bread went for the first 18 years of my life. Now, when I eat bread, I keep it in the fridge. It still lasts for a long time but you don't have to defrost it.
I don't have much counter because I'm not rich. So I also store small appliances when not in use.
We already know you're crazy. That's why we love you.
I keep forgetting to drink water before meals. Dang. It helped me lose a bunch of weight. Thanks for the reminder!

You know you don’t have to defrost the bread In the microwave if you want toast, you can just put the bread straight in the toaster! lol The reason why The bananas have gone black is because you keep them in the fridge. it’s best to keep them out.

I love gochujang but I'd never even thought to try it on toast! 😂 (Gochujang pasta with cheese & veggie hotdogs is my go-to dinner if I'm home alone). My fav toast accompaniment is sesame seeds - get a small dish of them & dip the toast in them!

I keep my bread in freezer as well I actually toast it frozen never had to defrost it first.
So behind on vids. It makes me happy that I remember the old toasters! And that Kyde loves toast. (And of course I have to pause this to get me some.)

Love Kyde Toast! I am weird too, I sometimes get weird sandwich cravings. My most common weird combos are salami and cream cheese or well buttered toast, Vegemite (Aussie here!), jam and a strong vintage cheese slice. Sweet and salty combos are tasty!
I often have midnight munchies from the fridge too. My stomach likes to wake me and lead me to the fridge to grab a couple of bites of whatever is edible. Most recently was a couple of cheese cubes, salami sticks, cabanossi/kabana pieces and cocktail onions that were Xmas day left overs! These are a common table snack here also with crackers called Jatz 😋🇦🇺
I do it too. So you can have more toppings on just 2 slices of bread

This video just proved to me that I have a lot in common with Kyde when it comes to our "systems". Long story short, I am about to have a kitchen again after almost 3 years, and I told everyone in my family that I want to be solely responsible for dishes unless I ask for help 😂 systems are how I cope with the reality of life

It’s all good. We’ve seen the weird toast. No crazier than some of the stuff I make.
We store our bread in the freezer, we even seperate the bread into two slices each and then put in the freezer.
With that robot vacuum working I kept imagining the Zamboni going by in the newest Korea video.
We call our robot vacuum "Rosie" after the robot in the Jetsons. I've had a few friends ask me if I like the robot vacuum and I tell them, "I love it....but it's like having a crawling toddler in the house. Everything has to be picked up - cords, small pieces of furniture, large bits of trash, curtains, etc." She also periodically gets lost under the futon and ottoman and we have to rescue her.

I freeze the Bread I use to make Garlic toast to eat with sPaghetti makes it easier to spread the garlic butter and put in toaster oven frozen comes out just right. Also the bread doesn't go all moldy for the week it takes me to finish off the batch of home spaghetti sauce i made
So nice to see someone else who makes weird toast! Also the scale is a must and drinking water right before a meal is a must! And bread ALWAYS goes in the freezer. My grandmother approves.

25:17 I don't know about "bots" but we have handheld streamers. We actually brought one to Japan with us. I bought one for my green screen and ended up also using it for my shirts.

i do the same with toast but butter them all , half them , then put peanut butter , fishpaste , marmite and cheesespread on them.

Kyde is correct in her storage of bread and bananas. I'm very surprised you guys haven't seen baby castella being sold at every single festival which is the snack version of what you had. Shame that what you had was just okay. I do love a good castella. That trash sorting room in your building is great. I'd love to see a detailed video about it.

I can do frozen bread slices. But NO way on buns etc. Like hamburger buns. They just aren’t the same. Need to be toasted for sure. I would always pick fresh first but I get ya in the food waste.

Hahahaha, 3 grams b/c she is just nutty about calculating calorie intake and likes numbers and structure to a insane degree.
The oil issue is it sort of makes oil go into the air and then gets everything in the apartment sticky with oil. We are sorta clean freaks and this was a oil-deal breaker.
The green sauce is avocado, pepper, a little salt and yogurt blended together.
Sometimes she has pickle breath late at night instead of olives, hahahaha. -E
