Thank you! Yes you can definitely visit in February. However there are high chances that North Sikkim few places like Zero pt and Gurudongmar lake and even Nathula pass roads be closed. Also, do carry sufficient winter cloths as it will be extreme cold there.👍

Yes, other states commercial vehicles are not allowed …only personal vehicles are allowed.
