Hello a few points - WB bikes are not allowed in zuluk. To support local business everyone needs to rent a sikkim number plate bike to roam around sikkim. If the bike is in your name, then it's not a problem but if it's rented this problem will be there. Solution: you can get a bike from Njp with SK number plate if you are lucky, talk to Santanu/Roger you can't get the details over internet or drop me a msg in my Instagram I will share the number with you. Yes you can, but you will need to go to the govt office in the morning to get the stamps done in your Xerox. As far as I know e stamp is not allowed as sikkim is very close to china border and the govt takes extra precautions for the tourists when you visit North Sikkim

Permit needs to be done through a broker. You can check online or contact rideon. Permit are done on the basis of Bike and number of people traveling. 2. Bhutan, is possible from siliguri. but permession is a big problem, plus you have to take a guide and atlest 3star hotel which is mandatory. What I was trying to say is suppose I am travelling with my wife and she don't have a DL, VOTER ID. She only has adhar and pan. Then it is possible that she can travel to north sikkim. I have all documents like DL ,PASSPORT, PAN etc
