True and obviously a $25 citation is not a consequence. In a perfect world she'd be fined $1000 unless she attends "dog behavior classes". If she goes drop the fine.
I wouldn't be surprised if she was Russian; she sounds and acts so stereotypical. Arrogance and refusing to admit fault seems to be common among too many.
2 years ago my dog was attacked by the neighbours dog in our backyard. I examined my dog very closely and could only see one cut on his forehead and a couple of small puncture wounds on his neck. There was no blood. When we took him to the vet he had 2 very serious cuts on his side that required surgery. The point being that it is often difficult to see the wounds through all the fur.
The plantiff was being very reasonable with what she was requesting too. She wasn't even angry in court, she just wants to be compensated for the vet bills that insurance didn't cover. She didn't try tacking on a bunch of costs for lost wages, missed work, emotional distress, etc. She literally only asked for vet bills. Very reasonable person. Defendant is just irresponsible. If she doesn't have a fence, the dog shouldn't be outdoors unless it is somehow confined, in complete control on a leash, etc. I am going to guess this isn't the only dog that has been bit by the defendant's dog.
The defendant sounds like she knows absolutely nothing about dog behavior. In a perfect world she'd be required to attend dog behavior classes. If she does then drop the $1000 fine. I know she was cited for a measly $25 violation ... I just made up the $1000 figure. Go to the class or pay up. 😀
Also dogs can feel energy (like babies) and the plaintiff is clearly upset. No reason to bring the pup to court to feel and hear all the yelling smh They bring the pup for sympathy.
It’s sad that the plaintiff doesn’t love her dog enough to avoid places where she knows from past experience there is a threat of bodily danger towards it. Neither one of these women should be allowed to have dogs.
As a dog groomer I have small dogs try to go after much larger dogs daily. They real key to the case is whose dog was leashed vs whose wasn't. Doodles and pretty much everyone who owns them are nuts, even the the man who invented the breed says he regrets it.
My daughter has 2 doodles and they are the best dogs ever…. She got Buxley first and he was so great I use to keep my grand dog all the time!! Then she got another one and she is a sweetie… no regrets ever
I searched and there are 14 kinds of Doodle breeds! GoldenDoodle, CavaPoo, BerneDoo, etc ScoobyDoo, YuccaPoo, CaCaPoo ... alright I made up the last 3 🤪
There are an many doodle "breeds" and it's not even possible to compare them. Even a golden doodle compared to a labradoodle are completely different temperment.
All I know is if I had a prior run-in with the defendant that resulted in a vet bill prior to this incident, I would make it a point not to go anywhere near her property. . The defendant should have to give up her animals if she can't be a responsible pet owner
If it was sandals I can understand that, I literally walked out of mine the other day in a Sam's parking lot but I am kinda special like that considering I choke on air and trip going up stairs, so maybe that's just a me thing 😂
I mean, i guess if you're wearing some kind of slip on shoes or sandals, like slides, clogs, crocs, ect.. it's possible, during the commotion, that you get thrown off balance a bit or step out of your shoe... That's literally the only thing I can think of. But wearing shoes like that on a walk, especially when walking a dog, is not the best choice to begin with, at least in my opinion.
After she puts her shoes on 😁... she needs to watch a 10 minute segment of Cesar Millan and make a simple leash correction when her cute dog yaps away. Obviously the defendant is the real problem but it would help if the plaintiffs dog doesn't bark on the walk. It's a "warning bark" at another dog. The off leash bigger dog reacts.
This is another reason why fenced yards are the best defense for our dogs! There are so many in my area that are just out and about…no leash or pet parent, and it’s maddening. This case was a repeat instance, and people don’t always think sometimes.
I also have to say i always see these cases on ppls court. And never thought itd happen to me. I was walking my dog a little pomapoo. And a corgi out of nowhere came rushing barking at us from acrossed the street. I was so glad to have had the reflexes i did and picked my dog up so fast. The corgi kept jumping up on me scratching my legs so bad. And the way the owners came up to the corgi and i watched them put their dog into the backyard just goes to show. Its the owners that make these dogs this way. I wanted to call animal control but knew only the dog would be punished not the owners. They were so evil to him. Ever since ppl will want to say as we pass by on walks oh my dogs friendly and i say yeah mine too but i politely tell them i dont want to risk it. Thank god for judge marilyn.
Defendant is too privileged and thinks she is above everyone in her neighborhood, forgetting we all came from other countries also. Rich people often think they are more American than the natural born citizen. Not to be against this woman's nationality.
If the Defendant's dog was truly on a leash, which I doubt, she still didn't have control of it. It's more likely the Defendant had the dog, unleashed by her side in the backyard. The bigger dog heard the smaller dog and ran towards it. Gaaawd, the Defendant is irritating. Can't stand owners who don't pay up when their dog does MAJOR DAMAGE. I wish Pain and Suffering could be awarded for dog attacks. Or, at least compensate the owner for the HUGE amount of worry and aggravation.
The defendant admitted that while in the backyard they heard the plaintiffs dog barking and nobody can control their dog to stop it from running away to get to the dog that is barking! That is completely unacceptable!
I’m not taking the defendants side whatsoever but if the plaintiffs dog had been bitten before when walking her dog by the defendant’s property why in the world did she continue to walk her little dog in that area again? Even the judge told her hey I can’t tell you not to walk your dog in street by her property but then plaintiff says she doesn’t anymore. It took two times before she figured out not safe. I just don’t get ppl like the plaintiff or the defendant.
If you care about your dog and another dog consistently is trying to get your dog, avoid passing by that dog and / or house on your walks...there's so many different paths you can take....protect your dog!
I had the same thing happen to me. I was taking my dog Max for a walk down the alley to the park. The garage behind my house is facing the alley. All of a sudden their garage door opens and out comes a German Shepperd. Their dog attacked my dog. I tried to get their dog off of mine. Finally the owner's brother comes out and grabs their dog. I take Max to the park & then I go home. I then look at Max and he has bite marks all over him. I called animal control and filed a complaint. Later that night the owner of the dog a woman knocks on my door. She comes in a looks at Max. She says he needs to go to the vet. She worked for a vet and she took him in. When she got back, she gave me some lotion for Max. I told her if this ever happens again I will file charges to have her dog put down. To this day I don't talk, or have anything to do with these horrible people! Reply
It is absolutely your decision if you do not leash your dog. It is also not MY responsibility if that dog attacks. It’s yours. As a long time big dog and powerful breed owner, I’m more afraid of what could happen to my dog AFTER an altercation and I don’t understand people who aren’t more proactive to avoid any of this to begin with. I also had a Pomeranian who got bit and we apologized TO THEM because he had gotten out of the gate.
Just because you live in a house doesn’t mean your dog can be off leash in your yard. If you don’t have an enclosed gate on your yard, they should always be on a leash.
The defendant's accent is wild. She sounds like one of those headmistresses that believes she is above everyone else and has 200 Iq. Im surprised JM could understand her.
The defendant is arrogant and refuses to acknowledge her fault in this dog fight. If your dog is off-leash, it's your fault!!!
You could tell right off by how she held her face when she came in, like this was bothering her
Her accent irks me. I can’t even stand to hear her talk. Lol
There are exceptions...but I would agree that 99% of the time it's your fault.
"I thought maybe she forgot a few zeroes."🤣🤣🤣
It will NEVER cease to amaze me how people think they are not responsible for dog bites when they are CLEARLY in the wrong.
I love dog owners who think yapping is a capital offence.
So the defendant thinks everyone else should keep their dogs off her street because she can't control her dog?
Yes
Pretty much.
She probably petitioned the city to change the street name to her name.
The defendant is infuriating, what a sorry excuse for a human being she is. She does not even have a fence to keep her dog in, unreal.
The plantiffs dog is just chilling in her arms i love it
The dog is giving the defendant dirty looks.
@julsjewels3185 -
I was thinking the same!
Can you imagine the thoughts little Bella was having while giving the defendant dirty looks?
😂😂😂
That's so funny 😂😂😂 dog giving her dirty looks smh 😂😂😂
😂
As she should🤣🤣🤣
Lady (the defendant), you're making ZERO sense.
And in a really annoying voice/accent
FAKE ACCENT ! LOL ! SHE LOOKS AND SOUNDS RIDICULOUS ! 😂
That dog is NOT A BLOODY YORKIE!!! WTF.
Hahaha!!! Was just thinking that same thing!!! It’s a cute dog….but definitely not a Yorkie!!!
Some kind of chihuahua mix
You mad?
That’s the most terrier looking “yorkie” I’ve ever seen 😂

I worked in a vet ER. We’d bust out the clippers and shave them down to find all the punctures.
The plantiff was being very reasonable with what she was requesting too. She wasn't even angry in court, she just wants to be compensated for the vet bills that insurance didn't cover. WOW. That defendant is a piece of work.
I did not expect the defendant to sound like that
Me neither. I almost can't understand stand her
@@katie1535Something is wrong with your hearing then. Even with her strong accent I can understand everything she said...
@Midnight7970 I have great hearing and I had a hard time understanding everything she said.
Chekolslskian, accent.
Lmfaooooooo i diedddddd when the plaintiff was like "yah i might get bit" 😂😂😂😂
This defendant is unbelievable!!!
Cute little doggy but it looks nothing like a Yorkie 😂
The defendant doesn't own the street but have to control her dogs for public safety.
The defendant seems like a nightmare of a neighbour! And real hard to deal with! Super arrogant and entitled
Neighbor
Russian
If your dog is on a "retractable leash" it is pretty much off leash. I cannot stand those things.
I love the way Count Chocula's wife is defending herself. Boo berry would be proud
😂😂😂😂
😂
I was waiting for the defendant to blurt out "Is not my dog! It was moose and squirrel!"
I laughed way harder at this than I should have 😅
Boris and Natscha right????
Yup. :) @@stratfordbaby
That dog looks uncomfortable being held like that
I know. The pup has four legs. She can stand on the table.
Also dogs can feel energy (like babies) and the plaintiff is clearly upset. No reason to bring the pup to court to feel and hear all the yelling smh They bring the pup for sympathy.
They way she said "your shoes flew off your feet?!" Had me cracking up 😂
The defendant is absolutely lying. Came in looking like a well dressed old lady Not at all She is a typical Karen
She does have the Karen hairdo though. 😅
The dogs face was precious lol he’s all mad saying “I WANT JUSTICE” lol he’s not being yappy now!
Defendant is so irresponsible. Didnt learn to keep her dogged fenced in.
It’s sad that the plaintiff doesn’t love her dog enough to avoid places where she knows from past experience there is a threat of bodily danger towards it. Neither one of these women should be allowed to have dogs.
Doug always have me crying 😂😂😂😂 with the way he interviews 😭 😂😂😂💀🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I'm 20 seconds in. Does she really call that mutt a Yorkie? 😂 I'm all for mutts/adoption, people's desire for status due to dog breed is ridiculous.
Yea my mom has a miniature Yorkie and her dog is not a Yorkie. Doesn't have the colors, face shape, nothing.
Natasha needs to take responsibility for dog
The defendant reminds me of a real life curella de vil 😂😂
As a dog groomer I have small dogs try to go after much larger dogs daily. They real key to the case is whose dog was leashed vs whose wasn't. Doodles and pretty much everyone who owns them are nuts, even the the man who invented the breed says he regrets it.
Really? Why does he regret it? I'm being serious not sarcastic. I don't know anything about doodles so now I'm curious to know
My daughter has 2 doodles and they are the best dogs ever…. She got Buxley first and he was so great I use to keep my grand dog all the time!! Then she got another one and she is a sweetie… no regrets ever

IKR!! The defendant is clearly wrong but if I had two previous incidents with this crazy lady I would never walk past her house ever again!!
She only received a $25 fine. In a perfect world she'd receive a $1000 fine unless she attends Dog Class 101. If she attends the class drop the fine.
If her dog has already attacked another dog. Then why hasn't the defendant put up a fence?
JM said "you think the vet cut the dog up just to sew her back together?" 😂😂
I've seen a Yorkie before that doesn't look like a Yorkie
Plaintiffs dog is so cuuute🥰❤️🥰❤️
Another disgraceful dog owner! SMH
0:20 NOT a Yorkie.
Yeah, who the heck told this lady that was a yorkie??? 😂
Doesn’t this woman understand how the world now sees her?
How do your shoes fall off when your dog gets bit?
🤣🤣🤣🤷🏻♀️
Happens all the time, you didn’t know that? 🤣

😂😂😂😂
The defendant's hair though. Is that a karen cut in her culture?
She sounds like the Russian spy from Rocky and Bowinkle, the cartoon show!
😆
I expected the defendant’s name to be Natasha.
She’s greaaat, she’s healed, she’s wonderful and she’s terrific! 😂
I love how Bella was mad dogging the defendant 😅
Russian lady:
“My dog don’t bite her dog.
She bite her own dog.”
I am cracking at the 10:17 mark 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Bella ain’t no yorkie lady
11:21 I love how the defendant is trying to correct JMM "it's the third time" which is even worse.
Yorkie? Where
Lovely defense 🙄
That is not a yorkie.... its some kind of crossbred.
That's what I thought but then thought they might have shaved It for surgery and just cut the rest of the hair to even it out 🤔
I gave myself a headache trying to understand the defendant. 😢
Just noticed the lady's dentures are coming out at the end interview
OMG 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
she forgot a few zeros 😂
I swear that dog is mean mugging that cruela looking lady.

The way the defendant talks is driving me 🤦🏾♀️🤯
Defendant is a horrible liar, can barely speak English and should not own pets!!!!
Defendant is too privileged and thinks she is above everyone in her neighborhood, forgetting we all came from other countries also. Rich people often think they are more American than the natural born citizen. Not to be against this woman's nationality.

i had a dog that NEVER barked.
My dog is 9, only started barking recently.
The defendant admitted that while in the backyard they heard the plaintiffs dog barking and nobody can control their dog to stop it from running away to get to the dog that is barking! That is completely unacceptable!
Natasha is a sociopath
3:20 That’s obviously not a pure Yorki.
That is not a yorkie.
That cute little dog has a super kind and loving owner! I would have sued for the whole bill!!
Missing a couple of zeros 😂😂😂
I never understood why people drag their pets into a court when a picture or video would be just as good.
For sympathy.
Because they want attention for their dog
It’s a sympathy card.
Their trying to get more sympathy from the judge.
The JM loves when they bring in their animals.
The defendant is clearly at fault. Her dog should have been on a leash.
Should have sued for the whole amount to repay the insurance company! That is why everyone’s premiums go up.
That little dogs face is sooooo cute 🥰
I cant understand a word from the defendant
RUSSIAN.
Okay I have never heard 'maybe it's a different dog' XD
So the defendant should control her dog but the plaintiff doesn’t have to….make that make sense lol
Well, Defendant, Welcome to America !
Pure arrogance. The defendant could trigger the calmest of people. Vile woman.
I’m not taking the defendants side whatsoever but if the plaintiffs dog had been bitten before when walking her dog by the defendant’s property why in the world did she continue to walk her little dog in that area again? Unfortunately for the defendant, here in America we are responsible for our animals destruction.
This defendant is insane.
I wonder if it's a language barrier or she's just arrogant
U wonder if theres a language barrier? Why don't u watch it again. How is that something u wonder
@splatterhousecorrupt8520 She is a cold-hearted and arrogant creature.
Watch & learn from Victoria Stilwell. You can teach a dog not to bark.
Rude Russian. I see these creatures mostly at grocery stores. They will step on your feet and pretend you are not there.

unusual for a Goldendoodle to be a biter.
any dog if not properly socialized can be a biter

Why do people bring the animals ? For sympathy I’m guessing lol they always look so confused and uncomfortable
The show wants them there. The viewers want to see the dog so the show instructs them. Its not the way u stated.
Her dog is so cute 😍😍😍
