I like how you can build yourself by farming. I haven’t played challenging games like this in a while and I keep getting smacked around. I like how you can to build yourself up though.
Just brute force the boss Dont use heavy attack The idea is to defeat him fast in phase 1 (use immobile + transform) Then phase 2 just keep attacking using light attack and heal when needed
You shouls have explained that to get the drum, you need to kill the boss on the bridge after the tiger in the temple boss. People will go to these areas and nothing will happen if they have not obtained the drum in the first place.
another thing, yes spell binder sounds nice. but what if and just here me out, you instead go max on pluck of many. since its a copy of you, basically they have the same dmg output as you. so what if we go with your build and start the fight as following: gourd -> spirit -> pluck of many -> immobilize -> GG
Ok let me explain where the misinformation is pay attention closely you have to read exactly what the iron pellets soaks say it says and I quote " Using the gourd can no longer be interrupted by incoming attacks and now provides considerable damage reduction" that doesn't mean that you'll become invincible it means that only the animation of drinking is invincible so while drinking your invincible but once you put the gourd up you'll take less damage . So your not invincible but still a great video i thought the same thing yesterday until I really read what it said and put it to the test
@@Rafael-yf6db "Can no longer be interrupted." That doesn't mean anything other than what it says. If you're struck by an attack you heal anyway. It does not give i-frames. The difference without Iron Pellet is that it cancels the animation and the corresponding health recovery. That's it.
I think I used the wrong terminology your right you not invincible you just cant be interrupted while drinking its really hard to understand what its doing to be honest. but yeah
I would just like to say THANK YOU! I had gotten the drum and looked online about that tiger and how he was one of the toughest bosses, and then saw you get a gourd that gives you less than half health of a normal gourd and I’m thinking: “why would I do this to myself?” Then I saw this video and followed step by step. I just tried it out in the big rock dude (that gives you the staff as a reward) and melted him. I had all but given up hope on him after TONS of attempts. Got a try it on the chapter two boss now. Let’s go!!
@cavsfightingroom3692 There's a spell that increases your defense, crit, crit chance, and damage but you aren't able to cast any other spells. It's from doing a side quest in Chapter 3 w some guy trynna find treasure

For spirit, you can better equip the Mad Tiger, it gives you equiped effect: moderately increased attack, but massively reduce maximum health, although if you get enough points in hp and some celesial pills you should be good, also upgrade pilgrims garb to level 4 and you can get a lot of dmg wit this gourd + the enhanced tiger pellet drink, its 5x times more op
I’m at level 74 currently and have all tjose items, but never used that drink. For Spirits, I keep to Wandering Wight. I have that red monk, would you advise investing money into him to make him stronger? I’m in chapter 4 and stuck in the scorpion lord, an optional boss

@@MSenseiHD He’s in the Purple Mountain, I believe. You find him drinking on a roof and warns you not to pester him. Breaking any jars gets him angry and you’re from then on locked into fighting him if you wish to progress through the area. He wasn’t fun to fight at all. I’m in chapter 4 still fighting the Yellow Loong and again, bosses with higher danage output and reach are quickly becoming a bore. Enough to uninstall
@alanbruce480 you no need to defeat scorpion boss, you just need to go and fight “Duskveil” from that same mountain, do not defeat scorpion because he will help you fight duskveil, it has 2 full health bars, very hard one though. If you manage to defeat it in first try well and good. Cuz scorpion will die in that fight in first try. Post that you have to deal alone.
I'm stuck at Dragon Lady on chapter 3. I tried your method, and she went crazy on me and threw a non-stop combo at me every time I went near her.😅. I had enough of getting my a.ss beating. So I switched to Jade gour for extra healing and kept my distance instead.
Dragon lady ohhh I remember her. Yeah I always switch up my builds for certain bosses to get more out of it 😂she was annoying but keeping your distance is a lot better of a strategy
The spell was looking good until "Moderately increases Attack,----->BUT massively reduces Maximum Health". Was really thinking of equipping it to replace big head yes but that "BUT............." is a deal breaker.
for the mad tiger, i use clones instead, because his defense is weak. I max out clone ability and immobilized. Send out clones, immobilized him for extra damage, and tranformation. Thats all need it.
@MSenseiHD Just need to have a defense strong enough to last until the clone finishes the job. Should be enough sparks by the time someone reaches Mad Tiger. Just drop other assigned sparks. Should be enough to add light attack combos and add bonus critic damages.
Imagine this setup and you slap 2 mana curios (and max mana through the pills) alongside the binding spell which converts all the mana into attack. Sheesh that would be crazy. Try it!
Super cool build. I’ve just reached chapter 2 with the hopes of making this, however I’m wondering if there’s a recommended staff and set of armour to use. I may have missed it in the video by mistake but I’m not sure. Thank you :)
Not this is going to blend in nicely with your play style and the spells you want to use the most. Staffs that used with this that just destroyed everything are wind bearing until chapter 3, kang Jin staff was amazing especially with the lightning aoe ability, spikeshaft felt amazing And then I have been stuck on the golden loong staff it’s mythical and it’s amazing it slaps hella hard and destroys everything. Armor is whatever you choose to use but the best armor if you have upgrading unlocked is going to be the golden embroidered set or Galeguard beastmaw set those two one is perfect dodging there other is for qi and boosting your spirits attack it’s up to you and what you truly love to play with. It evolves around your play style very well has a ceiling for mastering the timing of when to use in certain bosses. But when you have figured out the best window to put down daoist for your burst damage you will watch the health delete from bosses.
Binding spell, spec into max mana , equip mana spirit and mana curio. Use spell bind, then change curio snd spirit to abe and crit damage. I have 230 damage, 30 crit and almost 330 crit dmg.
You are exactly right thanks for adding it. I already had the drum because I fought his father near Hamlet village and didn’t realize everyone can actually skip this route and take another in order to get to this spot. I made a follow up guide as well in a separate video answer those questions to help people further
There is a secret boss u need to defeat in chapter 3 u can get Same healing bottle but mystic give u a 40% healing and moderate damage with light attack

I've got mixed feelings about making the game to where there's no challenge at all. There's a One Shot build in the game "No Rest for the Wicked" that just takes all the challenge away. You don't have to do anything but get hit. He (the content creator) shows a video of the final boss and the battle starts, he get hits, the boss is dead, literally within 3 seconds. Lessor bosses die even faster. You're just in a walking simulator at the point.
Ohhhhh don’t get me wrong there is plenty of challenge😂😂😂you still need to know the boss mechanics and use tactics in order to even dps the boss at all. So this isn’t the end all with one punch build but it’s high dps so you don’t have to balance insane mechanic heavy bosses for to long time
have you tried this with the relic "craving eyes" set to keen insight (considerably increases crit hit dmg) i reckon that goes along well with it. no ?
Your exactly right I show this in the next video using the pluck of many and immobilize at the same time as daoist. But I will have to test the keen insight skill with this because that sounds broken and I love it
Have you crossed the windrest hamlet bridge and fought the tiger acolyte? If not head over to that shrine and you will get the drum from him after he dies. He will become a spirit for you as well. A lot of people took a different route then I did to get to this quest so you can walk clean past this area and never get it
you cannot farm them they unlock over time after you beat each chapter they can be found out in the world in random vase that are glowing gold so be on the lookout. but after each chapter go back to Shen monkey in the first chapter and you will be able to buy it from him
Hold up g how do you up your damage so much ? Is it from the dao summon or gourd you drink or what ? Honestly couldn’t understand what gave you the damage boost
All of it together. You basically wanna buff yourself with a bunch of little things because the damage stacks. Now I can’t be sure if some things over write others in this game because I’m on ps5 but I know the dps is a lot higher when I put different things together so yeah. Now these effects are burst damage not forever that is something to take into consideration the daoist ability will last as long as the staff is up however. And you can increase your damage through your character as well. Did that answer all your questions?
Do I have to do something in particular to get the drum thingy cause I got the part in the video where he says boy is for the first time but nothing happens!
You shouldn’t have to do anything special if you have received the drum from his father the yaguai that is protecting the long bridge near the hamlet shrine over towards the left you will automatically play it when no enemies are around you and when the screen turns grey and it says use. You will get an animation that just happens. Do you have the drum? A lot of people made it over to this quest a different route then I did and they skipped fighting his father for the drum. If you haven’t pick up the drum yet go grab it and come back and everything should work out from there let me know what happens.
I went to the kids' village, and it didn't give me a cut scene of playing the little drum. I defeated the dude with the big stick before the bridge and so how do I get past this. There a few men kneeling around the village, I killed them expecting that you just skipped a bit, also where do I get the little drum.
I think its because you need to kill another enemy first near windrest hamlet, he says in another comment. I think I can't get there because I've to still beat the Crouching Tiger Boss.
Okay so there is a village the the windrest hamlet village that is after the tiger vanguard boss.. I think you can get there from a different route but I would have to check. However it’s the windrest hamlet go there and fight the tiger acolyte. I’m surprised so many people have gone a different route. It’s awesome that we have options but makes explaining things difficult. Let me know if you need more help

I made a follow up to this video. You want to go to the windrest hamlet village it is just past the crouching tiger temple after fighting the tiger vanguard first. You will eventually get to the hamlet shrine and fight his father who will give you a drum. I came to the boys village after fighting the whole left side of the map so I never realized that it could be skipped before getting over here. I actually have a smaller video that shows the route if you need it. Let me know if you need anymore help
It’s all about stacking damage. The little increase when your dps is low doesn’t seem like much at first but it adds up extremely quickly because you take that increase from the gourd then the increase from equipping the right spirit then another increase when using daoist and of course the increases in getting the right skills and so on you start deleting boss hp bars instantly. Versus when you use nothing and you only drink a tiger subduing pellet you will be dead before bosses health touches 70%. That small increase for the staff you have is insanely different when you have a mythical staff and your fighting a hard boss turns it into easy mode
@@MSenseiHD any tips on builds? I focus all in 1 stance and a lot in the left tree and some mixes with spells. Using the stone staff that increases smash dmg. Im hard stuck on yellow wind sage atm, cant even get him to 20% i tried all kinds of different things...
@@lycon7000 yellow wind sage? Which chapter? And as far as builds go I’m gonna be finishing up tips and showing how to beat yellow loong. And finish out the game. I will definitely look into builds for this game but there will be different builds for different bosses a lot of bosses completely delete a spell or skill with one of there effects towards chapter 3 and 4 but I’m down for that or a full fledge 100% walkthrough for the game.

There is a better gourd later on in the game much better sold by the Shen monkey himself after you collect the right and left hand of buddha. You cant upgrade these special gourds I think for balancing? I guess
You went to first location? For the drummer boy quest I guess you are talking about. No nothing I missed to mentioned unless you came straight here and never encounters the boys father over in the windrest hamlet bridge going towards the stone vanguard boss? After you beat tiger vanguard the regular progression of the area would be to continue the path behind crouching tiger temple. Which you will bump into all of the npcs the tiger acolyte which is the boys father and everything else you may need for the quest. If you came straight here then that’s the only thing you must do. Head over there grab the near by shrine it should be called the windsealed gate I think grab that before you leave so you can get back quickly.
near the hamlet shrine cross the bridge towards the enemy to the left and go past the village until you reach the long bridge he is the enemy with a long sword
That is a special ability you will receive it once you get the wind tamer or some other power spells. It knocks bosses out of special techniques not all but you will need it for the final boss in chapter two it makes the fight a lot easier but it’s a secret item. Check out my amazing 3 secret bosses and unlock waterfall guide it will walk you through the process of getting it and the secret area

Maybe you haven’t seen his father yet to trigger the quest. Head over to windrest hamlet and turn left go towards the bridge and his father will be standing there he will drop a drum and become your spirit when you defeat him I have a guide on the channel in the thumbnail it’s states answering comments
What route did you take to get here? If you didn’t take the windrest hamlet village route and cross the bridge where his father is you don’t have the instrument. Some people were telling me they took a different route so I created a follow up video it’s say answering comments in the thumbnail posted about 4 hours ago that should have the route you need check the chapter list so you don’t have to watch the entire video 🫡
Do you have the drum? There is a drum you need to get from the tiger acolyte mini boss that turns into a spirit after you kill him over at the windrest hamlet shrine on the long bridge
It does I beat him in 2 mins I got the video dropping today. this works on every boss except chapter 4 final boss. It still works for him too but that guy has other issues that you have to deal with like trying to dodge all of his nonsense. in short so you dont have to wait for the video. You want to bait and switch. immobilize then immediately use pluck of many and umbral abyss at the same time. Apply the cold heart debuff and then immediately stop the transformation. He will be in phase two where his combos are more complicated. Your immobilize will be off of cool down immobilize again and drop daoist down melt the boss and congrats on your new transformation.
Wait wait wait so I'm confused I have the lampbrew and the plague gord but haven't seen anyways ro add the lamp brew to anything it just kinda sits Inventory I'm on chapter 3 and got all chapter 1 and 2 secrets
Personally this is not something I think they ever want to nerf. The damage that you need to output in a lot of boss fights as well as it being a choice and a utility is not something as a developer a threat to the balance of the game. But a one shot mechanic yeah I think that would get nerfed to the ground. However we will have to wait and see this is game science first game and how they develop or do things moving forward
So if you came to this location using a different path then I you won’t have the drum yet. The path I took was following straight after the tiger vanguard quest continued it all the way until I reach the drunken boar talk to him about his brother which then gave me the gold mask to unlock these statues. Because I took that route you will walk past the kids father who is guarding the bridge which personally I didn’t even know you could skip that encounter or find another way to get to the shrine. Anyways the father is a sword wielder guarding the bridge to the left of the hamlet shrine. You can’t miss him because his is literally guarding the path. Run past the porcupine dude and straight along through the village and to the left you will run into a long bridge where he will be standing he is holding a long sword and his name is the tiger acolyte

Timing it’s not something you just wanna throw out with out step up and strategy. The dps, length of the buff and actual benefits completely outweigh the long cast time instantly especially if you’re using it in sequence with other things. The thing your fight will just die.
I show exactly how I got this staff in my previous video. I teach how to not only get the staff but also how to get the wind tamer and a bunch of gear. Which is why is not mentioned here it’s all on the channel. I wasn’t a high level either when I first started this build and I re created the footage to be a more comprehensive guide by re-recording my steps so it’s simple and easy to follow. Which is why my current gear is far greater than the original voice over. But I used this set up and build to literally beat the game up until chapter 5 and I have a follow up video because I have no idea how people are distributing there stats but I need to make guides to help people asap

You get the drum from tiger acolyte near the Windrest Hamlet shrine. Facing the shrine take a left run past the Enemy through the village make your way down and around until you cross a long bridge he will be the boss there with a long sword

You will receive a drum from the boys father the Tiger Acolyte at the Windrest Hamlet Village bridge. After you fight the tiger vanguard continue behind his temple along the path and keep going until you hit a very long bridge he is standing there. He will turn into a spirit when defeated and give you the drum

You will get it from the Tiger Acolyte boss near the Windrest Hamlet he is standing on a bridge. go to the tiger vanguard temple and follow the path directly behind the temple past a couple of villages and you will bump straight into him guarding a very Long Bridge. He will become your Spirit to after you defeat him

Even more OP, upgrade the 4 set pilgrim set to mythical and you get 10 stacks of damage boost from just sprinting for 100% damage increase

@@MSenseiHD He’s in the Purple Mountain, I believe. You find him drinking on a roof and warns you not to pester him. Breaking any jars gets him angry and you’re from then on locked into fighting him if you wish to progress through the area.
He wasn’t fun to fight at all. I’m in chapter 4 still fighting the Yellow Loong and again, bosses with higher danage output and reach are quickly becoming a bore. Enough to uninstall

@alanbruce480 you no need to defeat scorpion boss, you just need to go and fight “Duskveil” from that same mountain, do not defeat scorpion because he will help you fight duskveil, it has 2 full health bars, very hard one though. If you manage to defeat it in first try well and good. Cuz scorpion will die in that fight in first try. Post that you have to deal alone.

I'm stuck at Dragon Lady on chapter 3. I tried your method, and she went crazy on me and threw a non-stop combo at me every time I went near her.😅. I had enough of getting my a.ss beating. So I switched to Jade gour for extra healing and kept my distance instead.
Dragon lady ohhh I remember her. Yeah I always switch up my builds for certain bosses to get more out of it 😂she was annoying but keeping your distance is a lot better of a strategy

Was really thinking of equipping it to replace big head yes but that "BUT............." is a deal breaker.
for the mad tiger, i use clones instead, because his defense is weak. I max out clone ability and immobilized. Send out clones, immobilized him for extra damage, and tranformation. Thats all need it.
Aye that’s a solid strategy for sure. Makes a lot of sense too If you have that many spark points to put into the tree.
@MSenseiHD Just need to have a defense strong enough to last until the clone finishes the job. Should be enough sparks by the time someone reaches Mad Tiger. Just drop other assigned sparks. Should be enough to add light attack combos and add bonus critic damages.
Imagine this setup and you slap 2 mana curios (and max mana through the pills) alongside the binding spell which converts all the mana into attack. Sheesh that would be crazy. Try it!
Shit! I just tested it and I basically oneshot the Yin Tiger finally. My thrust heavy basically did 3k dmg. This is absurd

Not this is going to blend in nicely with your play style and the spells you want to use the most. Staffs that used with this that just destroyed everything are wind bearing until chapter 3, kang Jin staff was amazing especially with the lightning aoe ability, spikeshaft felt amazing
And then I have been stuck on the golden loong staff it’s mythical and it’s amazing it slaps hella hard and destroys everything. Armor is whatever you choose to use but the best armor if you have upgrading unlocked is going to be the golden embroidered set or
Galeguard beastmaw set those two one is perfect dodging there other is for qi and boosting your spirits attack it’s up to you and what you truly love to play with. It evolves around your play style very well has a ceiling for mastering the timing of when to use in certain bosses. But when you have figured out the best window to put down daoist for your burst damage you will watch the health delete from bosses.

Binding spell, spec into max mana , equip mana spirit and mana curio. Use spell bind, then change curio snd spirit to abe and crit damage.
I have 230 damage, 30 crit and almost 330 crit dmg.

Hi, I'm not sure you mentioned getting the rattle drum from the Tiger Acolyte boss. You need that in order the cleanest the areas for the boy.
You are exactly right thanks for adding it. I already had the drum because I fought his father near Hamlet village and didn’t realize everyone can actually skip this route and take another in order to get to this spot.

I've got mixed feelings about making the game to where there's no challenge at all. There's a One Shot build in the game "No Rest for the Wicked" that just takes all the challenge away. You don't have to do anything but get hit. He (the content creator) shows a video of the final boss and the battle starts, he get hits, the boss is dead, literally within 3 seconds. Lessor bosses die even faster. You're just in a walking simulator at the point.
Ohhhhh don’t get me wrong there is plenty of challenge😂😂😂you still need to know the boss mechanics and use tactics in order to even dps the boss at all. So this isn’t the end all with one punch build but it’s high dps so you don’t have to balance insane mechanic heavy bosses for to long time

Your exactly right I show this in the next video using the pluck of many and immobilize at the same time as daoist. But I will have to test the keen insight skill with this because that sounds broken and I love it

Have you crossed the windrest hamlet bridge and fought the tiger acolyte? If not head over to that shrine and you will get the drum from him after he dies. He will become a spirit for you as well. A lot of people took a different route then I did to get to this quest so you can walk clean past this area and never get it

you cannot farm them they unlock over time after you beat each chapter they can be found out in the world in random vase that are glowing gold so be on the lookout. but after each chapter go back to Shen monkey in the first chapter and you will be able to buy it from him

Hold up g how do you up your damage so much ? Is it from the dao summon or gourd you drink or what ? Honestly couldn’t understand what gave you the damage boost
All of it together. You basically wanna buff yourself with a bunch of little things because the damage stacks. Now I can’t be sure if some things over write others in this game because I’m on ps5 but I know the dps is a lot higher when I put different things together so yeah.
Now these effects are burst damage not forever that is something to take into consideration the daoist ability will last as long as the staff is up however. And you can increase your damage through your character as well.

You shouldn’t have to do anything special if you have received the drum from his father the yaguai that is protecting the long bridge near the hamlet shrine over towards the left you will automatically play it when no enemies are around you and when the screen turns grey and it says use. You will get an animation that just happens.

A lot of people made it over to this quest a different route then I did and they skipped fighting his father for the drum. If you haven’t pick up the drum yet go grab it and come back and everything should work out from there let me know what happens.

Which weapon are you using
I went to the kids' village, and it didn't give me a cut scene of playing the little drum.
I defeated the dude with the big stick before the bridge and so how do I get past this.
There a few men kneeling around the village, I killed them expecting that you just skipped a bit, also where do I get the little drum.

I think its because you need to kill another enemy first near windrest hamlet, he says in another comment. I think I can't get there because I've to still beat the Crouching Tiger Boss.
Okay so there is a village the the windrest hamlet village that is after the tiger vanguard boss.. I think you can get there from a different route but I would have to check.
However it’s the windrest hamlet go there and fight the tiger acolyte. I’m surprised so many people have gone a different route. It’s awesome that we have options but makes explaining things difficult.

When I got to the little boys village, there were a few enemies but no cut scene or drumming?
I made a follow up to this video. You want to go to the windrest hamlet village it is just past the crouching tiger temple after fighting the tiger vanguard first. You will eventually get to the hamlet shrine and fight his father who will give you a drum. I came to the boys village after fighting the whole left side of the map so I never realized that it could be skipped before getting over here. I actually have a smaller video that shows the route if you need it. Let me know if you need anymore help
Whats so good about that gourd? The little increase in attack dmg?
It’s all about stacking damage. The little increase when your dps is low doesn’t seem like much at first but it adds up extremely quickly because you take that increase from the gourd then the increase from equipping the right spirit then another increase when using daoist and of course the increases in getting the right skills and so on you start deleting boss hp bars instantly. Versus when you use nothing and you only drink a tiger subduing pellet you will be dead before bosses health touches 70%. That small increase for the staff you have is insanely different when you have a mythical staff and your fighting a hard boss turns it into easy mode
@@MSenseiHD any tips on builds? I focus all in 1 stance and a lot in the left tree and some mixes with spells. Using the stone staff that increases smash dmg. Im hard stuck on yellow wind sage atm, cant even get him to 20% i tried all kinds of different things...
@@lycon7000 yellow wind sage? Which chapter? And as far as builds go I’m gonna be finishing up tips and showing how to beat yellow loong. And finish out the game. I will definitely look into builds for this game but there will be different builds for different bosses a lot of bosses completely delete a spell or skill with one of there effects towards chapter 3 and 4 but I’m down for that or a full fledge 100% walkthrough for the game.

There is a better gourd later on in the game much better sold by the Shen monkey himself after you collect the right and left hand of buddha. You cant upgrade these special gourds I think for balancing? I guess

You went to first location? For the drummer boy quest I guess you are talking about. No nothing I missed to mentioned unless you came straight here and never encounters the boys father over in the windrest hamlet bridge going towards the stone vanguard boss?
After you beat tiger vanguard the regular progression of the area would be to continue the path behind crouching tiger temple. Which you will bump into all of the npcs the tiger acolyte which is the boys father and everything else you may need for the quest. If you came straight here then that’s the only thing you must do. Head over there grab the near by shrine it should be called the windsealed gate I think grab that before you leave so you can get back quickly.

That is a special ability you will receive it once you get the wind tamer or some other power spells. It knocks bosses out of special techniques not all but you will need it for the final boss in chapter two it makes the fight a lot easier but it’s a secret item. Check out my amazing 3 secret bosses and unlock waterfall guide it will walk you through the process of getting it and the secret area

Maybe you haven’t seen his father yet to trigger the quest. Head over to windrest hamlet and turn left go towards the bridge and his father will be standing there he will drop a drum and become your spirit when you defeat him I have a guide on the channel in the thumbnail it’s states answering comments

It does I beat him in 2 mins I got the video dropping today. this works on every boss except chapter 4 final boss. It still works for him too but that guy has other issues that you have to deal with like trying to dodge all of his nonsense.
in short so you dont have to wait for the video. You want to bait and switch. immobilize then immediately use pluck of many and umbral abyss at the same time. Apply the cold heart debuff and then immediately stop the transformation. He will be in phase two where his combos are more complicated. Your immobilize will be off of cool down immobilize again and drop daoist down melt the boss and congrats on your new transformation.

Did you help the monkey in chapter one at the marsh. After you help him talk to him and get him to create or add the drink to your gourd.

Personally this is not something I think they ever want to nerf. The damage that you need to output in a lot of boss fights as well as it being a choice and a utility is not something as a developer a threat to the balance of the game. But a one shot mechanic yeah I think that would get nerfed to the ground. However we will have to wait and see this is game science first game and how they develop or do things moving forward

So if you came to this location using a different path then I you won’t have the drum yet.
The path I took was following straight after the tiger vanguard quest continued it all the way until I reach the drunken boar talk to him about his brother which then gave me the gold mask to unlock these statues. Because I took that route you will walk past the kids father who is guarding the bridge which personally I didn’t even know you could skip that encounter or find another way to get to the shrine.
Anyways the father is a sword wielder guarding the bridge to the left of the hamlet shrine. You can’t miss him because his is literally guarding the path. Run past the porcupine dude and straight along through the village and to the left you will run into a long bridge where he will be standing he is holding a long sword and his name is the tiger acolyte

the spirit take forever to cast, not very good during fight imho.
Timing it’s not something you just wanna throw out with out step up and strategy. The dps, length of the buff and actual benefits completely outweigh the long cast time instantly especially if you’re using it in sequence with other things. The thing your fight will just die.
You don't mention the fact that you have strong armor and a beefy staff...
I show exactly how I got this staff in my previous video. I teach how to not only get the staff but also how to get the wind tamer and a bunch of gear. Which is why is not mentioned here it’s all on the channel. I wasn’t a high level either when I first started this build and I re created the footage to be a more comprehensive guide by re-recording my steps so it’s simple and easy to follow. Which is why my current gear is far greater than the original voice over. But I used this set up and build to literally beat the game up until chapter 5 and I have a follow up video because I have no idea how people are distributing there stats but I need to make guides to help people asap

He will become your Spirit to after you defeat him
