You're not supposed to open with outbreak but with IT and PS. Outbreak is for snapshotting diseases when you get your different procs (trinkets, fallen crusaders, potions etc..).
As other may have mentioned, I prefer not use Outbreak on opener since your proc trinket ICD normally has reset before pull and it will have higher chance to proc within first 10 sec. THEN use it to snapshot your big fat diseases.
You want to use Unholy Frenzy as you Dark Transformation over using it when you gargoyle, gargoyle is GCD capped already so Unholy Frenzy loses value on Gargoyle while you want to juice your ghoul as much as possible,
Having a weak aura with runes, runic power, cds, etc just below your normal line of sight (or middle of screen), is super helpful. You'll get used to seeing the info without looking directly at it, so you can focus on mechanics while still having the info you need. I'd recommend a barebones weak aura or something with as little clutter as possible to start out with so you aren't distracted. Can always change it how you see necessary anyway
you are wrong on the opener you snapshot outbreak you don't use it while running in on pull, gary is first prio on the opener unless you get a ton of sudden doom procs
I've seen a lot of conflicting information on the opener. Wowhead guide says to get your diseases up the old fashion way, pooling 60 runic power(ideally before the encounter), then popping cds with gargoyle and outbreak to snapshot buffs for both. Then get your ghoul's DT stacks up. Can also prestack DT stacks if there's trash right before the encounter. If your ghoul has less than 100% health and you have the glyph, death coil used on your ghoul refunds 20 runic power. Useful for getting quick stacks, especially out of combat
Ty bro i actually had a Big problem managing my abylities and prio etc. Unh seems very complicated at first but with some practice after watching ur video its fairly easy to get along with the playstyle , great guide keep it up!
Hello! This guide is great, but one thing that happens is: We want to snapshot all the procs in order to summon gargoyle, but we wont get 5 death coils before the procs expires. What i mean is: do we summon gargoyle and prioritize the procs for the big snapshot or we prioritize the ghoul transformation?
So you'd want to start with 7-8 seconds before pull Army, horn, prepot Opener, gargoyle/buffs(no UF), outbreak(with trinkets, weapon enchant, etc procced), empower rune weapon, death coils, DT(w/ UF) The idea is with the short opener, your trinkets/buffs proc quickly. So you macro any on use trinkets/pots/whatever else into your gargoyle, and let it go asap. Then once everything is up, outbreak. It's fine to delay outbreak, but no need to delay gargoyle for absolutely everything to proc. You want to squeeze in as many gargoyles as you can in a fight. In practice the time it takes to do this and get your dark transformation up isn't very long. Should have most buffs and the full unholy frenzy ready for your empowered ghoul. I wouldn't bother with any buffs/trinkets with haste for gargoyle or outbreak either. It'll do next to nothing. With outbreak specifically, it does nothing. Once you do all that, you prioritize keeping DT up.
Warrior guide sounds good! I’m between hunter, dudu feral?, dk, lock or maybe warrior? Dk is nice as unholy and blood dk. Warrior crits big numbers (love it), hunter same as range, feral is unique and lock has some cool specs meta form as demo, affli lot of dot and destro big numbers
It's a gap closer and a free taunt. Don't need a warrior's charge or mobility in combat when you can yank mobs (or players) directly to you. Can work in certain circumstances as an interrupt too. Plenty of uses and it's baseline. What isn't there to like?
i know nothing, as to why im watching your video, but if you NEED to pool runic power when your pet is already dark transformed....who not have 3/3 of runic power mastery in the frost tree and pull the 3 points form magic suppression (side note why the fuck suppression have 2 p n 2 s's lol) n put them in runic mastery? seems like a no brainer unless your on a RAID NEEDS magic suppression help. We ARE NOT a tank, the 3 points into magic suppression are SHIT compare to pooling 30 more runic power for buffing our pet....IMO.
You do need 1 point in magic suppression to get to the bottom of the tree. I put 1 point there and 2 in runic power mastery. 1 point in magic suppression gives you a full runic power bar every time you use anti magic shell on big raid damage. So it's a massive dps increase (you're supposed to be pumping out death coils if DT isn't about to fall off either way, but if it is, you instantly have 120 runic power to refresh it).
Unholy Frenzy is cast on other people in pvp to make them break out of CC. Like if you're vs rogue mage and as you run in you'd unholy frenzy your healer so he cannot be sapped or sheeped without being broken out. Just filling you pve nerds in :)

Fkin finally someone who speaks Unholy English.
Also don't empower rune weapon until your rng with rune regenerating runs out and you start slowing down your dmg.

Great guide bro, it helped! I’ll test it out on cata dungeons soon

OMG this helped so much! You should do one for every class!!!

How do you guys keep track on the runes? I use standard UI and it feels almost impossible :D Thanks for the video!
Having the same problem. I’m going to search for an addon/ WA for this tomorrow and will post an update here

Hopefully the Warrior Guide will help (when it comes out)

@@a.a.6464 it's rough, so much to choose from!
@@henrikh3089 ye thats why i decided to quit (just joking)
Why is death grip the objectively the best ability in the game, im a dk and would love to know why

You can't go father down the tree without those points.
@@rcpclassic you can actually skip those to points in magic suppression, guess it would be a slight potential dps increase but less tankiness
