If he hasn’t then I will tell you how.
If you are a backslider you must first repent of you backsliding. Then you find a true man of God to pray over you and restore you back to God.
If you have never been saved then here’s what you must do.
1. Repent of your sins meaning you must be sorrowful about your sins.
2. Ask God to forgive you of your sins and accept Him as Lord
3. Be baptised in water in the name of Jesus Christ.
Then you strive to live a holy and obedient life pleasing unto God. Blessings

I learned a long time ago don't put your mouth on anyone that belongs to God because he protects his people even if they go astray. He will be judge.
