At 5:23 when you turn the trim upside down, are those screws holding that silver trim? Because me personally I wouldn't change the whole trim because I don't like the alcantara. I'd only the change the silver trim to carbon around the shifter.
It’s tough to say from memory if those are ONLY for the silver trim, or if they also serve another function to the base.
