I did this today and have to say by far the hardest install I've done on my M4 yet (did the emblems and the armrest too).
Taking the sleeve off its fine but getting it back on properly, man its not as easy as you show. If you look at 3:55 you'll see the edges of fabric where the Antarctica ends. This means the bottom is not clipped in properly. If you clip in just the bottom first you'll see the edge of the fabric looks to be tucked under like the top in the video.
I got there in the end putting in first and the back in last by applying a fair bit of pressure which gave a more seamless finish. Also clipping the handle in place I had to apply way more press than you to get the clip but hey maybe i'm just way weaker
