When starting T25 in cold, first disengage hydraulic pump - it will make less load on starter motor. Use semi synthetic oil, instead of mineral M10G2 and get glow plug working ;) I have the same tractor for over 6 years :)
Glow plug mounted in the intake manifold and activated by half - turning of the ignition key. You must hold it on for about 20 sec, then try to start. But I recommend you to swap stock glow plug to a GF006 BERU or similar with diesel fuel in connection. This type of glow plugs produce flame inside intake manifol, instead of warming air by hot wire only. You also may use one from MTZ tractor.
