I was nervous going in without Rocky but I thought the movie worked without him. Sure, the script was overly predictable and the story kinda cliche. However the performances and Michael B. Jordan’s directing made up for it. I loved the style he brought to the fight scenes. It was a very strong directorial debut. While it is probably my least favourite in the Creed trilogy its still a solid movie and I liked it quite a bit. Great review, man 👍

I enjoyed the movie. I thought Dame was on bs from the beginning but when I found out he was the reason that the guy couldn’t fight I just lost all respect for him.
