What about putting the wires on the right terminal does it matter or is there a negative and positive right or wrong just replaced my motor and it’s working but now the fridge not getting that cold can the fan spin a different direction if wires are switched to wrong terminal thanks
Switching the wires will not reverse the motor. You can disassemble the motor and flip the stator over to reverse it. Also, be sure your fan blade isn't on backwards. the fan should blow INTO the freezer when operating correctly.
Great job researching the part and fixing our freezer problem. You have saved us a TON of money over the years by fixing our stuff yourself. My hero 😘

I used the info on my motor and ordered based on that. I would hate to tell you the wrong thing.
I took a chance and ordered one from Amazon that serviced Amana fridge. Happy to say that it is working well, thank you for your video
