They were to me also. But I've realised that the symbol used in the subtitles was wrong. The ":" sign was used in place of "/" or divided by (number). I also watched her trouser pattern video to confirm. Hope this helps!

If you don't add dart in front, adjust measurement following: crotch width=hip/4+1cm (not hip/4+4cm) and waist to crotch=hip/4+5cm (not hip/4+7cm), hope to help you♥️
