yes please to a video on hair thinning!! Im looking for products/supplements to help grow my hair. I love all your videos you've helped me so much with my hair journey this year!!
As someone who works in dentistry, if your dentist or orthodontist does what you want for cosmetic reasons only, be sure they inform you the procedures are also for the best form and function of the mouth, otherwise you'll be headed down the road with lots of dental issues. We are seeing (not treating) an alarming number of patients who want super, bright white smiles, perfectly straight teeth ("chicklet teeth"), and all kinds of esthetics done because this influencer or that celebrity had it done. Many patients who are especially young and female who should have no reason for whitening! There are some dentists who will do anything for the money, but fail to mention the problems that will arise later on. If you have dental insurance and the procedure is denied, that could be a red flag. Always seek another opinion and be sure the provider assures you of side effects and the procedure offers the best form and function of the mouth. I see too many influencers and nearly every celeb with these kinds of teeth and they're cookie cutter, that's unflattering to the eye, and obvious like dentures. Most importantly, you will experience problems down the road because of the lack of functionality! Be careful!!!
Just got a pureology strength cure set and a k18 set from Sephora sale because of your videos!! I love how you promote science-based facts and never stray from explaining things, and I have a new obsession for hair science now because of you!
Thank you for speaking on textured/coily hair & product recommendations. Your channel introduced me to a lot of products I wouldn’t have tried otherwise due to your factual approach of delivering reviews and information. I owe discovering Olaplex and K18 to you!! I hope you’re doing well and having a wonderful holiday season!!
Olaplex is bad though! They're being sued like crazy for massive problems and hair loss among many women...there are even fb groups for women who suffered from them. It's like the DivaCurl debacle.
i have hella textured and thick hair and found a lot of the advice suited towards thin and straight hair just doesn’t work for me. but doing protective things like using bond repair, thick masks, oils and using masks as leave-ins help. as for blushlighters, i love those too. adore essence, catrice, wet n wild, mac and palladio for those. cream and powder ✨ also love the doggie cameos 🥹❤️🐾
I would love to hear you talk more about your nail journey and the process your nail tech does for your nails! I'm also a lifelong nail biter and have been getting my nails done consistently for about a year or 2 now just to keep me from biting them. I primarily get dip now since it lasts a long time, but I'm worried getting that for too long will affect my overall nail health and am curious about possible healthier ways to get my nails done.
Whoa! I never heard about K18's usage update either, and I scoured the packaging and instructions before I used it the first time. Good thing I ordered more during the latest Sephora sale, because I guess it is time for me to do an "reset". Thanks for bringing that to my attention. 😊
Loved the video!! I would love to see a video from you regarding hair on older people! My mom is nearing her 60's and thinks that some of the techniques I've picked up from your videos won't work on her because she has "old hair"! I've tried to explain that all hair is the same on a molecular level...but...still would love to see a video!
I’m 30 and greying and would love more on grey hair/ “old hair” too. It’s all near the front of my scalp and it’s so much drier and frizzier than the rest of my hair 😩 I try to baby it with oil and less tension but I also curl my hair so the front greys break more often. 😓 No one talks about caring for greying hair and how fragile and dry it is.
I am 58 so technically have old hair, but I’ve been using Abby’s tips and recommended products and I have long, young looking hair. I do color it though, so I hide the gray which mostly shows up in my part.
You’re absolutely gorgeous and perfect, you don’t need anything done! Except maybe retouch that microblading later on when it fades because microblading is truly awesome ☺️
I think k18 killed my hair. I used it according to directions on bottle and it dried my hair out massively and made it break. I did not have extensive damage but I do color every 3 months. But I will never use it again. My hair was past my hips. Olaplex improved it massively.
I love RMS beauty too. I have 6 of those blushes and they are so beautiful. I recommend their setting powder and new powder highlighter in the same formula as the blushes. They are so good!
Elsie just melts my freaking heart ❤ and her cousin is so cute as well 💕 Halfway through the video and I'd love to try blushlighters lol, the rms beauty ones look really good
I love how you have been a big fan of American and Korean skincare/sun products and American haircare. I wonder if you’d look into Asian haircare, like Shiesedo’s Fino hair mask or Tsubaki mask, Aromatica, Dang Gi Meo Ri, Mise En Scene Perfect Serum, or British M hair oil.
I don’t know if you’ve ever done a video reviewing Vegamore (spelling?) but if you haven’t that would be nice. It’s the viral hair serum that’s supposed to make your hair grow.
Pls pls do a review series on hair regrowth products! Wondering about the use of viviscal and minoxidil as someone with hair that will grow long but stays very fine/thin.
Great video!! would you consider doing a Keratin hair straightening video, that would be great!! Would love to learn more on how to take care of my hair, I know no sulfate or sodium shampoos or conditioners for Keratin treated hair. Thanks in advance. Have a great start to the week.
I recommend Laura Geller Blush N Brighten. The one I really love isn't available (except sometimes on QVC.) It comes in 3 finishes, matte, natural, and satin. I like the natural but I bet you would like the satin finish the best.
Abbey! I’d be interested to hear your thoughts on Nutrafol’s serum for hair thinning- I use it because it makes my scalp less oily between washes and since it’s Nutrafol I expect a lot in terms of quality of formulation
I was hoping for your opinion on lash growth serums since the information came out that prostaglandin analogues can cause eyelid drooping I’ve stopped using Grande Lash.
Would love to hear more about itchy scalp and seb derm just from a haircare/product pov, I realize it might be something you'd avoid because it's more a dermatologist area, but would just be curious if there's anything supplemental for those conditions! 💜
Hey this is my jam! If you deal with seb derm or general scalp breakouts and itch you will want to avoid products with a lot of oils and esters because they feed the malassezia yeast that causes the inflammation. You may also need to avoid shampoo with sodium lauryl sulfate because it can be really hard on your skin barrier. (Other sulfates are probably ok.) My two favorite dandruff shampoos are Neutrogena T/Sal and Dove dryness and itch relief. The Neutrogena has salicylic acid which is good for exfoliation and the Dove has zinc pyrithione which is antifungal. Also keep your conditioner to your lengths and ends only (away from your scalp) and leave in products should be lightweight and used sparingly. I like Giovanni gels and styling foams because they're not oily and they also don't have a strong fragrance.
Would you consider doing a review of the entire Elizavecca hair line? I love the mask. It literally makes my hair feel like silk. I would love to know your thoughts on the other products. Also, do you have a favorite site for ordering Korean skin/hair care products? I don't trust Amazon after receiving so many "knock off products." Thank you.
Hey abbey would u consider doing a video on pilling, nothing has been working on my skin without pilling especially after azeleic acid which I love with Trent which I have been on. Love ur vids!
the azeleic acid serum from naturium doesn’t pill and layers really well under makeup! but i would also love recommendations for this as i know some people use prescription azeleic acid
Please please please do a video on korean hair care! They have these cool scalp scalers and scalp tonics! What are your thoughts on those? I am specifically thinking of the rosemary line from aromatica and the anti hair loss cica line from some by mi and also the dr. Forhair products:))
I’ve been buying hair products from the ethnic hair section (don’t get me started on the segregation of hair products at the store) for YEARS! I have extremely thick hair that leans on the coarser & low porosity side & i would use a hair mask as conditioner cause most average conditioners just weren’t enough! But products for coily hair are sooooo hydrating! I can put coconut oil and Shea butter in my hair fine so I do look for those ingredients, but it’s really nice to be able to find affordable hair care that works when I use sooooo much at once to get all my hair! And I def use the wet brush to detangle with conditioner in (and most of the time I throw it up in a shower cap for a bit to let it soak in)
I spent the last decade trying to build strength/muscle through weight training and simultaneously struggling with multiple co-morbid health conditions (finally had diagnosis the last couple of years!) which were severely limiting my ability to metabolise and have the right energy levels for what I wanted to do with my body. A year ago, I signed up to pilates reformer - something I would have previously avoided as class-type exercises are a huge anxiety inducer for me. ANYWAY - within a few sessions I was hooked, and managed to get up to 100 classes within 4-5 months. It seriously changed me in multiple ways - I was more flexible, sturdy, leaner, stronger, moved more gracefully (I have proprioceptive dysfunction which causes issues with balance and depth perception) and generally had a much more focused/calm demeanour. I had major surgery in the middle of the year and have slowly been rebuilding my ability to workout properly since - I'm so so close to being able to complete a full hour on the reformer again. I would honestly recommend it to ANYONE - my classes are so diverse in age, ability, size, and strength. There's no pressure to commit to reps and movements that you don't feel up to, and my mind/muscle connection was suddenly much more in tune that it had been for the entire decade previous. Thanks for sharing that you've started, @abbeyyung! I think you're going to adore it.
Hi Abbey, I know you've mentioned before about how pre shampoo bonding treatments should actually be used post shampoo. I'd like to know why it is these brands told you different yet continue to market their products as pre shampoo treatments. I typically use them as post shampoo treatments because using them pre shampoo doesn't make sense to me.
Just saying that I love these talking videos where I don’t need to watch the video - they’re perfect listening for when I’m doing chores. Also, I would never have guessed your brows were microbladed as they look so natural.
My hair was damaged horribly before my wedding last year(great timing I know🙃) and Abbey has helped me get it back to a point where I’m okay with it for now as I cut off the damage and grow out the new healthy growth. I had never had this kind of bleach damage before but now I can’t imagine my life with out k18 or pureology 😅
So to make my matte blush have some reflection i dip my brush on my hourglass candle light powder (cant remember the name...in the square compact) before dabbing into my blush and then appling to cheek. Love it.
The Blushlighter's from Bareminerals are gorg. These are the first Blushlighter's that I have ever bought. This video was great really enjoyed it thank you Abbey 💕.
With winter here what is the best thing to do with dealing with STATIC ON THE HAIR I've heard using a dryer sheet on your hair that sounds kinda weird to me can you give me some ideas I would greatly appreciate your ideas thanks Abbey😔👍🎄🎅☃️
You are going to LOVE Pilates. I did it for a while pre/during COVID but it ultimately ended up being too expensive for me in the long run. I miss it so much
Abbey!!! I am wondering what you think about Rogaine foam for hair growth? Especially when using it on bleached/damaged/chemically treated hair. 🙏🏼 ❤ Love your videos!
I’d love to hear your thoughts on virtue flourish density booster and virtue topical scalp supplement. I have some hair loss from thyroid disease and would love to know if you think it will help with hair regrowth!
I just bought the coconut oil that you recommended before wash + the L’Oréal bond conditioner due to your rec! Enjoying the conditioner so far. I’ve never really been into hair care my hair is so damaged and a little raggedy TBH lol but you’ve got me to care about my hair and I can’t wait to see the results from your help! thank you!
would like you to review kerastase genesis seriers (women and men have their own), I love kerastase products but im not sure if the hair thinning lines are backed up by real science.
I’d love to hear about any info or tips you have for stress related hair loss/breakage. A few months after my wedding I noticed that the stress of it all caused SO much thinning and even a year later I’m still struggling to get my hair back to where it once was.
Can you review the Wild Growth Hair oil and the Mielle Organics Rosemary scalp oil please? Also- what scalp oil would you recommend for thin, straight hair?
I relate sm to the workout part, I used to run on treadmill everyday and then I started the Chloe ting kinda workouts, eventually I stopped unintentionally but I realized that I no longer have the energy to run on a treadmill and it's almost shocking that I used to do that for an hour daily just 2 years ago. I too will only be including things like yoga or walking or strength training in my regime. Also, I have a few hair growth serums I'd love your review on, Kerastase, virtue labs and Aveda.
have you tried TO's new barrier repair serum? I'm pregnant and my skin has been SO dry and I can't get on top of it. wondering if you'd tried it and what you think?
HI ABBY ❤I HAVE JUST RECENTLY BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH PSORIASIS ON THE SCALP I AM AT MY WITS END AND I HAVE TRIED T GEL NIZORAL AND NOTHING HAS WORKED 😔PLEASE HAVE YOU ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR ME PLEASE AS MY HAIR WAS MY HOLY GRAIL AND NOW IT HAS IMPACTED MY CONFIDENCE AND I ONLY TRUST YOUR RECOMMENDATIONS ❤TIA ABBY IF YOU HAVE TIME TO REPLY ❤LOUISE
Love you, Abbey!!! We are such similar gals- everything I do- I go down that rabbit hole 😅❤ we are of a different breed 😅 I am also very similar to you with the fitness- I was hardcore HIIT training + weights + love Tabata… but for health purposes! I need to exercise regularly to maintain my muscle and bone mass… but I lately have deviated away from the HIIt because… my knees 😂 and I have been loving walking +weight training + LOVE Pilates and barre for lower impact sculpting and strengthening! Can’t wait to hear about how you like Pilates!!! 🥰🥰🥰
Hey abbey! I really want to ask a hair dresser to get your hair color and it’s very difficult. I’ve been in different places and they try but it’s just not what I expect. How do you ask for it? Keep in mind I’m from Argentina, so that’s maybe why it’s that difficult!
the rubbed off foundation on my nose is making me LOSE MY MIND
You look gorgeous and I honestly didn't even notice till I started to read the comments. You clearly are kind and beautiful on the inside too.
I hadn't even noticed it! You look absolutely gorgeous as always, Abbey 💞
You Silly...nobody noticed except you!
Now you have an opportunity to find a product that prevents that kind of thing! It’s all good, Abbey!❤
I don’t even see it 😅😅

Right?! Of course xx
would love to see hear more about the nioxin serum as well as mielle and vegamour etc. also would love an updated hair care routine/wash routine!!
Your hair looks so healthy and shiny I’m obsessed 🤩
Yay thank you so much!

Milani luminoso has been my favorite blush for years it’s absolutely a beautiful glow 😊
Abbey, I’d love an updated Dyson airwrap video with how you’ve been using it lately! Just got mine
can you talk more about your Invisalign? how many weeks do you have to do it and how hard is it to keep up with? especially snacking!
I’m happy that you’ve touched on textured hair. I’ve started using Redken’s acidic line and it’s helping so much
Hi Abbey! I would love a video about hair growth serums!
You’re absolutely gorgeous and perfect, you don’t need anything done! Except maybe retouch that microblading later on when it fades because microblading is truly awesome ☺️
Elsie is freaking adorable! I just love seeing her little face.
My “new” favorite blush is Lancome Mocha Havana it’s gorgeous Linda like a bronzer blush combo 🤍🖤🤎🤍🖤🤎🤍🖤🤎🎄🎄🎄🎄
omg must try

Love love love your hair color! Have you ever shared the toner/color your stylist uses on you!?
Can you do an RMS blush review?!? I have French Rose but would love to see all the shades on because I need more! ❤
I am so curious to try RMS products. In her videos, the owner/creator makes it all look so simple and she is stunning as she models them herself.
I love RMS beauty too. I have 6 of those blushes and they are so beautiful. I recommend their setting powder and new powder highlighter in the same formula as the blushes. They are so good!
Hey Abbey! Can you talk about how to protect your hair from chlorine or what to do when swimming everyday?
Elsie just melts my freaking heart ❤ and her cousin is so cute as well 💕 Halfway through the video and I'd love to try blushlighters lol, the rms beauty ones look really good
That makes two of us!! Lol. You'll love the blushlighters omg
I would love to hear about your Invisalign journey so far!
Love the questions about curls! ❤ thanks for everything Abbey!🎉

In your hair thinning video could you talk about virtue labs 5% minoxidil foam? Just got it for my mom and would love to hear your opinion
This woman saved my hair
Ahhh I'm so glad
Would love to see a review on the Virtue Density Booster serum!
I recommend Laura Geller Blush N Brighten. The one I really love isn't available (except sometimes on QVC.) It comes in 3 finishes, matte, natural, and satin. I like the natural but I bet you would like the satin finish the best.

14:39 I'd really love to know your thoughts on the Vegamour hair growth serum. How sound the science is behind it, ingredients-wise and all that 🙃
It's already on my list to deep dive!!
I’d love to hear this also. I use it and it works amazingly but…is it truly safe
@@LVCoffeeLVerI don’t need the serum, but I have heard mixed reviews.

Would you recommend a clarifying shampoo for dry thinning hair
Love you, Abbey! Thank you for the video. Love that you covered some questions for black hair

I’d love to hear about any info or tips you have for stress related hair loss/breakage. A few months after my wedding I noticed that the stress of it all caused SO much thinning and even a year later I’m still struggling to get my hair back to where it once was.
Do you have any ideas for burning scalp? This is new to me and my Dermatologist didn’t have an answer for it.😢
Manoxadil is also linked to promoting hair growth as an option which has a lot of evidence behind it
Appreciate the inclusiveness in the video!
Can you review the Wild Growth Hair oil and the Mielle Organics Rosemary scalp oil please? Also- what scalp oil would you recommend for thin, straight hair?
Really love to watch to your videos
How often do you wash your hair ?
I look forward to hearing about your Pilates instructor certification. 😂💜
Thanks for sharing your truths and knowledge ,
As always!! Where are your lip injection vids? Love
How natural yours look, please link 🙏🏽 thanks ❤
If you don't dye your hair, would it be worthwhile to do a K18 reset occasionally yet?
I relate sm to the workout part, I used to run on treadmill everyday and then I started the Chloe ting kinda workouts, eventually I stopped unintentionally but I realized that I no longer have the energy to run on a treadmill and it's almost shocking that I used to do that for an hour daily just 2 years ago. I too will only be including things like yoga or walking or strength training in my regime. Also, I have a few hair growth serums I'd love your review on, Kerastase, virtue labs and Aveda.
Can you take us with you when you get your haircut next, please? We'd love to see the process of how you get your hair washed, cut and blown out.
These videos are soo helpful 🫶🏻
So do you use the clarifying for both washes when you clarify? Or do you use clarifying for one wash and regular shampoo for the second?😊
She uses a clarifying for the first and a regular for the second. She has some linked in her bio.
I’d love your input on Nutrafol and Vegamour!!!!!
How about the Kerastese Genesis range for hair thinning. Had a hairdresser recommend but unsure if its worth the £££ investment
have you tried TO's new barrier repair serum? I'm pregnant and my skin has been SO dry and I can't get on top of it. wondering if you'd tried it and what you think?
My nail biting is an anxiety thing and when I do it I don’t notice at all. I’m always so angry about it after.
I would like to do permanent eyebrow makeup, but I heard that the use of Tretinoin is a contraindication🤔

Love you, Abbey!!!
We are such similar gals- everything I do- I go down that rabbit hole 😅❤ we are of a different breed 😅
I am also very similar to you with the fitness- I was hardcore HIIT training + weights + love Tabata… but for health purposes!
Please review the Nutrafol hair serum!
Thanks, Abbey 🥰
I would love to hear your thoughts on the Divi hair serum!
