Thank you so much CF. This video was excellent. I was so close, but it was the 'Single Output Up' that I was missing. Since watching this video, I've made a program with 3 float switch inputs. The first which alternates each time (as shown above), the second switches on the other pump which isn't running, and the third brings in both pumps by default and sounds a high level alarm (in case the first 2 floats fail). I've also got run lights for each pump and the overloads which you showed us in your previous video. Keep up the good work and I'll think up some other situations for you. Cheers.
Are you asking how to configure it? Or, wire it? Or both? Let me know, and when I get in frontbof my PC I will produce you a Hollywood video. Lol. All joking aside, its pretty easy, just tell me what yiu want demonstrated.
@@huntxtrm Hi, I have a similar issue that I have my Pressure regulator (ITV2050-04N3BL4) which is 4-20ma connected to the FC6A-K4A1 I am not getting monitor output data from it. I could read my input data but my output data on the monitor output signal is not indicating anything and the signal is connected to the Analog I/O catridge (FC6A-PJ2A, it has 2 slots).
Hey guys, ya 2 yrs ago. Trying to do this with a Eaton EasyE4 and the new Version 7.41 EasySoft (horrifying program.) Mention I haven't done this work since 2007, figured a little ladder logic should not be too bad, ugh I was wrong. Trying to set up dual pump 5 float program w it... help pleasea
Thank you so much. if you can help me to do this (PLC Control of VFD in IoT Farming), I'm student, and I don't know how i can connect plc with vfd by simulation with plc program.
Please explain more of what you are trying to do. How are you phisically setting up the system. Is the VFD local to the PLC? Is it some distance away, but within reach of comm wiring? There is allways a path, we just need to build the road first.
I do not know of a way to sim a vfd running from a plc, but we can make an analog bar etc on the hmi. Tied to the output within the plc? I guess I just need more info.
@@huntxtrm I need to use in this project soil moisture sensor, humidity/temperature sensors, water flow sensors send information by zigbee to plc, plc control VFD, VFD control 3 phases AC motor pump
@@ahmadmoustafa3 Im not familiar with Zigbee. But, from what I just looked up, you will probably be neesing a zigbee to 485 converter for modbus comm. One at the plc, and one at each device. So far that sounds like the best route. But, like I say, Im not experienced in Zigbee. Does Zigbee use assigned IP adresses? Or, is it some sort of proprietary communication?
@@huntxtrm ZigBee is low-power, low-data rate proximity wireless network that operates devices in located in a small area, depending on the module used some can function at up to 3.2km. It operates on an IEEE 802.15 WPAN specification that can send data at rates of 20 kbps to 250 kbps. To send this data Zigbee operates worldwide on various unlicensed bands specific the 2.4 GHz.
I am not in front of my computer at the moment, but you should be able to type "alt" and pull it up? I think, not sure on the keystrokes. But, if you look in the manual, it should have the keystrokes for the functions listed.

Awesome, sounds like your getting the hang of it. Its easy, once you get to know some of the tools, and how to make them work together.
Hi can you demonstrate in omron plc
R thank you for taking your time to do this videos, there are so helpful in our application
Martin! Sorry for the late reply, how you been! I am glad to hear I helped. If you ever need anything, you know how to get me.
Thanks for the vid, really helpful. But do you think you can do this type of alternation with a single input but not use the alt feature?
Thank you so much I’ve looking everywhere for this..
You are welcome, thanks for watching and subscribing.
I’m using a fc6a-pj2a .on a 4-20ma invalco bs&w monitor to bring data into plc off the monitor. Need to set it up and find data from monitor

Can guide me how to do this using Omron PLc
What software are you using? It should program basically the same way in ladder logic. I unfortunately only have IDEC software.
