A channel I'd like to recommend is Super Car Tube (SCT), it's a European channel & today they featured the 2020 GLC 200d "Sports Edition" at the 2020 Brussels Car Show. A spectacular looking vehicle & I wonder if that diesel engine would be offered here in the States & if it would have the same transmission issues as the turbo. BTW, I viewed KellyBook YT channel & during their review of the new Audi A3 they were also complaining about the half a second delay in the turbo boost. The reviewer commented that it was dangerous if a truck was coming & you needed to get out of harms way in a hurry! That's why I generally prefer a V6 over a turbo & don't know why over the last ten yrs or so the trend seems to be nothing but turbos, maybe there better on gas mileage because they use a smaller engine, I don't know. But in terms of design Mercedes has nailed the GLC & GLE that's for sure!

I’ve owned a 2017 350d amg glc premium plus with 36000 miles since nov 2021, I have to say the only thing it’s got going for it is the looks especially in grey. unfortunately the drivers seat is delaminating from the threads needless to say they are made of VINYL and the dealers don’t want to know, the consumption isn’t much good either, the car is dealer maintained, I couldn’t find the car which I originally wanted in the spec I wanted which was a first generation SQ5 plus the range of which is 600+ whilst the glc is just over 400 (same size tanks) this is my first MB and certainly my last definately going back to Audi they seem to be more robust. Doesn’t always happen it mostly happens when accelerating, coming to a stop (not often) and it’s almost not possible to be in traffic and flow with it. U either go or stay stopped. If ur slowly going it’ll jerk. Don’t get me wrong tho it does not always happens but it will occasionally. Not enough to not look into one.

Why would anybody switch to sport plus at a parking lot? It is a nonsense. Why people complain about heavy / hard steering when they intentionally switch to sport mode? And again the sport mode is for fast driving not for e.g. 15 mph, the gear box becomes jerky because that's the way sport mode gives you feedback. You buy a fish and you are disappointed that it cannot fly in the air or climb a mountain.
Coming from owning 4 or 5 Audi's and buying a 2019 GLC MB I was disappointed with UI and and cheapness on it. The carplay is missing features, the base audio system is a joke, many of the other owners joke how bad it is and the whole UI interface via the screen and wheel interaction is just weak. It's like something they had laying around and slapped it into the SUV thinking it's MB they will deal with it. I mean almost 50k SUV with sound worse than a 2015 Prius.... LED headlights are extra? the list goes on, the biggest joke is the rear cargo door foot opening feature doesn't work. I even asked the dealer but they couldn't get it to open, so I asked it to be looked at when they were doing a warranty item repair and they forgot to check ... So If your going to buy a MB, look at the Audi and BMW and compare the inside and operation of the head unit and stuff.... '
I have this vehicle. I’m not impressed at all. I did come from BMW X5 and can’t wait to sell and go back to bmw. You should add that the eco disabling can’t be turned off and with the sluggish takeoff it will get you in an accident while trying to pull out in heavy traffic when you need to punch it.
I turn mine off before I set off every time. I’m sure it’s leading to problems where I can’t start the car. It once stopped and wouldn’t start up at a set of lights.
You could've got a 220d AMG line, and it would have all of the features you want like keyless entry, digital cockpit etc. P.S it would maybe be the same price or even less.
Ashley Archibald I agree but because USB is a thing of the past and today it’s wireless or USB-C ....... for them not put many ports, but they also could of put USB and USB-C

smh, all of these problems you mentioned are so minor and i'd not even concider them problems, i'm wondering if you think it's reliable and had it broke down on you someday and left you stranded? and is it expensive to maintain?
I would definitely say your video is very helpful, but you complain a lot because no disrespect but your car is a very base model car. If you really want to complain less, you should either consider a more expensive one or a GLE. I do agree that BMW is a more smoother car but the new GLC is much faster than the X3.

The 2020 is a significant upgrade over the 2019 if you’re talking UI wise
That’s silly why don’t you say Merc!
Love from the UK
Is this car reliable? Like.. 200k miles or more?
Lag is a big thing for me
My Mercedes Benz GLC coupe 2020 has a keyless entry
Turn off “hey Mercedes” in the settings. Problem solved. Who uses voice activation anyway except for Hey Siri. Geez.
Unreal, 13 year old Volvo's have keyless entry. MB seems to behind the times.
Sport means.....
is it a reliable car
You forgot the fact that Android Auto and Apple Carplay isn't full screen! Absolutely most disappointing. The house music is annoying af too.
Hey Mercedes!
"Hey Mercedes, it's been a while, jump in my hoopty, hoopty hoop, and i'll run you home.
Dude you can't compare a suv to a 4 series coupe lol if you want more responce get the glc43 or 63 that simple lol I have the e63 it's a beast
Just buy an adapter to get round the usb c problem and stop moaning.
No key less entry??
The dash ain't digi?
you need technology package
My Subaru Forester has keyless entry, unacceptable at this level...actually it’s not weird it’s a rip off...
11 minutes to complain about absolutely nothing
So basicly he dosent like stuff he dident order/get for free as standard.......get an american car bro.
I hate axel position.
I don't like the exhaust Fakes.
Buy usb c or buy usb a to usb c adaptor and boom problem solved!
Aussie Bae I have this vehicle and you can def turn it off in mine.
Aussie Bae why didnt u go for the GLE? Will you try the x3 then?
i have the car, i have no problems with takeoff, & am able to disable the eco mode.
The "IPAD".....
Wow! man. The arrogance of German cars surprises me. I have keyless entry on my 2014 Honda Civic.
The voice command is always worthless. Duhhh!
Bud, your way too picky!
There’s a reason this video has a lot of dislikes
this dude knows nothing about cars. don't pay attention to his 5 dislikes.
6 It looks like a frog
You say the word Mercedes often while you drive?
Bummer dude! Get yourself another GF name Maria
Good thing there a button to shut off this channel!
You complain too much 😂😂
You are driving a Mercedes... get a phone for an adult. USB problem solved...
If your able to afford a glc you cam afford a new phone and or new charging cable
Just to let you know, I was the 100th guy who clicked the dislike button. Just for fun 🤪
It learns your speech pattern and eventually figures out when to ignore your "mercedes"
My friend your purchasing a vehicle that’s over 60K, are you really going to worry about 20$ for a usb-C cable
Ashley Archibald I agree but because USB is a thing of the past and today it’s wireless or USB-C ....... for them not put many ports, but they also could of put USB and USB-C
@@MurshyMurshroom Hard to complain when people want the latest infotainment system but not knew tech, USB-C cables are more expensive but they are also better than the older ones. Could have gone with one new and one old or put in some adapters. Don't know where the 12v socket is located in the car, a very usefull socket imo.
smh, all of these problems you mentioned are so minor and i'd not even concider them problems, i'm wondering if you think it's reliable and had it broke down on you someday and left you stranded? and is it expensive to maintain?
He did say he loves the car and that there's no such thing as a perfect car. He was just nit picking.
I have a new 2021 and the only issue for me is no wireless apple carplay. Everything else is stellar
Does it have a CD player?
I would definitely say your video is very helpful, but you complain a lot because no disrespect but your car is a very base model car. If you really want to complain less, you should either consider a more expensive one or a GLE. I do agree that BMW is a more smoother car but the new GLC is much faster than the X3.
my honda civic has keyless entry haha
Your car is not a safety...the thief will easy rob your car..🤣
I know how to rob your honda civic....
All lexus trims and models come standard with smart key access
