Great job on video, no dumb music and actually open stuff up. And although it's an 'cheaper" cat, the layout uses common sense and is super fuctional and does a fantastic job with the use of space. Better than some bigger ones..
I didn't expect to like it because of it's size but the layout is really nicely done and it feels spacious. The price is also very good compared to other similar boats. Thumbs up!
And without squeaky floors like on catamarans that are three times more expensive Good work, good space layout, definitely the version with three cabins, I love these spacious bathrooms The price pleasantly surprised me
Where are the deck hatches!? That boat will be a sweat box in any kind of heat. I get building to a price, but that seems to be a serious oversight. Maybe it's an option? I just asked for a price list with options to see if they offer them. Otherwise it looks pretty amazing for the price, or for a great deal more. And it's not actually a 37, but about 35' 5", so wondering about the naming convention as well as how did they get all that in such a short boat? I chartered a Seawind 1000XL, at almost the same length and beam and this has FAR more room! I just don't think most people need a 45 footer for coastal cruising, so glad to see some new offerings in this length and at a cheaper price. Nice camaera work, BTW. So many video tours are done too quickly, and/or are jerky. Yours is slow enough and smooth.
Agreed, there is a world of difference in meaning between "cheap" and "least expensive." Cheap can mean multiple things beside less expensive, as I'm sure you also thinking about poor quality. The term "less expensive" can on mean one thing.
I discovered that purchasing the catamaran was the least expensive part of my new adventure. Maintenance, Marina Fees, Fuel costs and equipment replacement/repair Mounted up very quickly. Sun burns, insect bites, sudden squalls for excitement plus over zealous boat boys………Man, I miss my cat!
wow this is 'tight' but the designers have certainly given all the is necessary. It's livable!! great amount of volume for such a short boat. The outdoor bedroom or hangout area above the canopy is great as long as the boom doesn't swing!! Really quite impressive design!
Loved this thanks. A tip to avoid what 99% of people, especially yacht sellers do. AVOID closeups like the plague. The viewer isnt you and theyre probably not focused on the thing your mind is. And zoomed in videos/pictures dont show context. Most of this was very good from a photographic perspective but the closeups were awful. Yacht brokers taking 100 closeup pictures cost them a fortune in lost sales
Can't say I'm a fan of how the helm station and the winch station are separated like that. Makes it far more difficult to single-hand. It suggests that this is more designed for coastal cruising than any offshore work.
this thing is superb. Probably fits in a conventional mono hull slip too. The only thing i dislike is the Hobby Horse motion you see in 44ft and below in certain conditions. But this layout is great. Nice video. Probaby could beach on a sand atoll too.
I've seen video of her underway. She was hobby horsing like mad. Could have been the conditions but it didn't look too choppy. Would love to see a real video on her performance.
Hobby horsing is something that monohaulers love to point out, but guarantied at anchorage on a cat is calm relaxing and a monohull is rocking back and forth 30 degrees each way all night, hobby horsing might not seem so bad

Are there places to buy one on the west coast of the US? Thanks So much for your info :). I have a lot to learn, but it seems like a better life than healthcare...
Take your time to learn to sail first. Go on a few trips and figure out if your expectations match the reality of sailing. For most people it turns out to be completely different experience than what they’ve expected. Insure yourself you don’t have any regrets prior to blowing $300K.
the boat comes with the minimum pack of sails, minimum electronic, a survival raft boat, and the less powerful engines. With that, you are good to go, people have crossed oceans with much much less. It's safe enough, tough enough. You won't be at your max without Spinaker and so on, but you can buy them later. The problem is more your ability to sail : courses are not expensive, try a first a 5 hundred bucks 5 day course of sailing to see, you can fall in love or be disgusted. if you love it, you will learn really quickly.
No. Dont do this. Buy a used cat. You'll end up "house poor" as in "i have a beautiful house but live on rice and beans ". Just putting it into a slip will cost $100 - 200 a day. IF you rent a slip monthly or yearly youre talking Probably 800 to $2000 a month. Probably Hella more in hawaii if you can even find a slip. Maintenance a few thousand a year. If you want to leave the harbor for more than a couple days you'll need to equip it.. sails, watermaker, anchor upgrade, electronics etc. Basically it will eat you alive unless you have a nice income coming in. You could probably afford to do this if you have 60k a year coming in and no other substantial bills. I love this cat's ergonomics but you can buy something used that is similar for half what it costs and have the 150-200 k left to outfit it and invest the rest.
Not too shabby but would like to see it under way . Wish you moved the stuff on the stove top to see the range. If someone gave me one I wouldn't complain.🤟😎👍
fwiw, I'm waiting for an elegant affordable electric cat, much like this one, but one that that gets me to beautiful destinations without the cost/complexity/lethargy of sail power. imagine how much more utility this yacht could offer if all the time and money dedicated to an antiquated, underused propulsion system, were instead dedicated to features that add to comfort, convenience and safety and getting where you want to go.
