I like BOTH channels. Met both guys at a car show in a Park. They are both sincere guys.
Randy's channel is generally more broad strokes with some good details in how to: look for... purchase... repair (generally mild to moderate difficulty)... then sell 5-25 year old cars.
Santa, generally works on projects and goes into much more detail on the specifics of working on and completing long term projects.
Both have a place and both give good information...if you actually pay attention.

Doing one hell of a job! I should bring my elcamino to you for paint!! I'm actually gonna go with that color. I painted my engine the copper color similar to that. Mine is a a Nissan color that's a little bit brighter.

It does! I had plugged the hole with an earplug and it filled it perfectly!

On underside of car black good local Ford plant built mustangs and for next shift they dumped all excess color paint into drums then sprayed undersides and chassis parts with. This glop
Wow nice when I did my firebird I left the under side primer and when my guy painted it he got over spray on it but then mixed up some paint and gave it to me it looked like galvanized sheet metal when it was done I did everything else in flat black my mechanic didn't like it buy at the point of completion we weren't going to see him again anyway

As much problem as you have reaching I hate to see you not wearing a mask while painting.
I did have a mask on while painting but I didn’t need one with the undercoat. It was like peanut butter almost! Absolutely no spray in the air!

Yes the color looks awesome! What is most impressive isbthat you show how much prep work is required to do it properly...most channels would just skip that part...it is tedious work but Santa " hecked that list twice" before painting thay engine... beautiful

-Mike do you still smoke? I smoked for almost 50 years at 4 packs a day. I finaly used the vape method of cutting back on the nicotin for 2 years. my lung doctor confirmed my lungs are now like I never smoked. I breath so much better. I incourage everyone who smokes to please stop for your health.+
I actually have never smoked! Back in the early 80’s I was painting a cab over truck with Imron one of the early epoxy paints. I used a mask but when waiting for a coat to dry a parson picked up the gun and said you missed a spot and sprayed, gave me a huge lung full. Sometimes I wonder if that what’s wrong with me.

Might want rto do lower part. Of. Body by break. Line a contrast vilor. Mine. Was flat silver with a chome break line and white. Body

Was this the AAR. One with smashed quarter and bent frame????
It is from AAR but the bent frame one is the parts car. I used the roof clip and the front clip off of the bent frame car.
@@SantasWorkshop might want to shoot some rustproofing in quarters doors and bed tray these car are prone to rust
