    Family!! Are we getting to 1M subs this week or what? 🥲
    Making this vlog brought fond memories of when I used to make them back in 2012…
Bringing back this format will surely nurture our connection with you and vice versa.
    I felt your presence there working out.
Leave your thoughts and give your thumbs up if you enjoy this format.
    With that being said… Here are the workout details in case you want to give it a shot:

    Archer Chin Ups (3x4-6r/es)

    Ring Flies (3x4-6r)
    Adv. Tuck FL Rows + Hold (3x4-6r+5s)
    Dips + RTO (3x8-10r)
    Pelican Curls (3x10-12r)
    OH Tricep Extensions (3x10-12r)
    Hanging L-Sit (2-3x30-45s)
    Handstand Hold (Accumulate 3min.)

Stillness (7min.)
    Much love to you!

    The practice goes on.
    - Yassir

    What stood out to me positively is how you do not play any background music or sounds. I really like that. Feels more like actually being there with you.
    And I love how authentic you are, showing us what you do and what goes through your mind. You are a role model in many respects for me!

    Great vlog man! It was so pleasant to watch you train, and very nice to hear your thoughts and approach. It was especially helpful to hear that you're coming off of being sick for a few weeks, because I trained the first time yesterday after 10 days of being sick + getting food poisoning and was feeling a bit discouraged. Thanks for keeping it real and chill. Would love to see more from you!

    Hey Yassir, great workout, great video and some great advices. Thanks a lot for this!
    Can't stress enough, how importent selfreflection and curiosity is (I liked the idea of a 'science day'). Been working for almost a year now on human flags, although even at the start of the journey I should have had enough strengh to do them. Last session I chose another technique, that I disqualified before without even trying properly. With this change (just a rung-distance shorter grip-position) I was able to flag, although I was tired that day.
    Never stop being curious about movements.
    Thanks for your inspirations, family!

      "Thank you for sharing your story, Adam! Your curiosity is an amazing motivator for discovering the endless ways one can move. Once we liberate ourselves by trying new things, we often find that we are capable of much more than we initially thought. I really enjoyed reading your story. :)

    Loved this Vlog and like everyone's mentioning, the laid back vibe of your environment and delivery 🫶🏻
    The tip of getting your arm to 90 degrees/elbow to body on the rows was awesome to me, I've been trying to get my hands in line with my body which is a killer!
    One question though as a newbie to the rings, why do you externally rotate your hands at the top of the dip?
    Thanks again for the awesome content 🫰🏻

    • @SaturnoMovement
      @SaturnoMovement  3 місяці тому +3

      Not the first time that someone gets triggered by seeing me/us shirtless.
      1 - What bothers you about it?
      2 - Why do you assume that we exclusively do it to show our muscles and inflate our ego?
      3 - Don't you find value in being able to observe how the body moves?

    • @sonderlingsonderling4738
      @sonderlingsonderling4738 3 місяці тому

      @@SaturnoMovement I think it's a bit silly to be shirtless in all the videos. It's a shame that people do sports to look good and less for the fun of it. You don't have to see your naked upper body to know which muscles are being trained during which exercise. If you say that you don't do it because of your ego then you can certainly say what other reasons there are.
