My question is, should I record using the full track then take the recordings and mix that in with the original project. Or just mix in the vocals on the project itself? I hope that made sense. For some reason its not working for me, I can hear it when I record my vocals but when I play it nothing. Sounds exactly the same when I turn the autotune pro on or off. I followed everything to the teeth and retried mutiple times. Any idea what I could be doing wrong?

I would love to get into this type of stuff. But I can’t tell if im going to enjoy it or not because every free version of software comes with too many limitations. You have to spend a lot of money to get into a hobby im not sure if i will enjoy. It should be easier to make music. I have ideas i just cant learn stuff without spending money i dont want to spend. Its hard to justify spending hundreds of dollars on music software im not sure i will enjoy using. It is wack
@KeyWAV smh can't even get your free presets without having to buy your other stuff what's the point of labeling something as free if you cant get it for free make it make sense dude.

That's true, if you're good with that computer stuff just crack the plugins and software. And if you stick to it, buy them later. Actually quite easy.
