correct, but you can only shake him down once if joe cobb is still alive, if he's dead and the quest is failed you can just shake him an infinite amount of times
@MrPayiros From what I remember haven't done this recently but you should just be able to talk to Joe Cobb about working with him which gives you the dialogue to shake down the store As for Idolized you would have to get an indirect kill by like dropping some dynamite and using that to kill Cobb I think Mitten Squad has a video about that
Im not sure if this is my brains fault or not or if its the sections being chopped up with other info im not even remotely looking for 😭 How do u keep the 25 perks, ive watched the video twice and re-watched sections and i still dont understand Which of these saves are required for the glitch, what saves dod u makw just for demostration? Is that location you get the rebuild character pop up required or simply the closest place and anywhere far enough from good springs to trigger it works Do u load back after the rebuild trigger to those chairs for a reason? It seemed pretty essential, but is being in the chair with chet required? Can we get like a 2 minute simplified video, with like a flowchart or something showing me what im supposed to do for JUST the 25 perks Ive never struggled with ammo or caps, or special stats/skills, i just want the perks
The Only perks that DONT pass over when doing the Rebuild character exploit for double the amount of perks are, Level 2 and Level 4 requirement perks; besides the one exception being the level 4 perk Cannibal. The exploit is simply getting to a certain level and reaching the point where you rebuild your character. The most important part to keep in mind here is that; whatever level you get to before you breach the radius and the pop up menu to rebuild your character appears; will be the number that gets doubled. So if you only reach level 15 before you go to rebuild your character, you wouldn't have gotten to a high enough level to obtain any level 16 through 30 perks. Meaning you would only be able to double the amount of perks you could get from level 14 and below if you reset at lvl15. Max Level = 50 // gaining you 25 total perks The Exploit essentially resets you back to whatever level you got up to before the Rebuild Character Pop-up appears // Getting 50 totally perks only works if you got to lvl50 before the popup So I have one save where I've actually now created 2 characters from that save that have different perk layouts. The main and most important save is to get one directly after you've done the macro menu dialog options for five to six hours and you stop getting experience. After you stop getting experience you've reached level 50, and once you exit that dialogue menu, as soon as you're able to get a save (before you start leveling up) is the most important save because you can then re-choose whatever perks you want. The message from the future part was just me showing visual proof that no level 2 or level 4 perks will pass over during the reset, again besides cannibal. No that reset location was just for convenience because I did so much testing, for me personally it was the easiest spot to remember for a consistent pop up screen. There's basically a flat orbital radius around Good Springs that once you breach this radius it pops the menu up so you could choose any direction. No Chet doesn't need to be sitting in the chair, I was just Jesting around!!! XD Again every perk from level 6 to level 50 will all pass over when you do the character rebuild. So if your having an issue with the Level 50 perks; Ain't like the now , Just lucky I'm Alive , & Thought You Died ; passing over then I don't know what's happening there because they have always passed over for me no problem. Is that what you are talking about here? Or did I answer your question?
Thank you 🥰 there was just so much i couldnt see past I'll give this exploit a go for sure! Probably just to level 30 ish, i dont know a build that needs more then 40 perks
@@undergravitydownforce714 No! Thank you! Comments like this really help me to create better , more direct and informative tutorials. I greatly appreciate your questions
LOL wow, I did not know this. Well I've never actually played with the perk, so that's why I didn't know. But that's also probably why they made the skill requirement for a No-Level perk so high haha!
@@djswirley1biggestfan661 Might do, plan is uninstall em, do the exploit reinstall, because screw having the game crash on me everytime i load 3 zones in lol.
100 stat setup, 50 perks with information so you dont miss out on any perks, crazy amounts of Ammo + Ammo Exploit explained, insane amount of armor for sale for lots of early caps, as well as information on the Wild Wasteland perk weapons! I hope you enjoy my dude!
It does i did it yesterday night i was max level 50 & 100 in all skills before leaving GoodSprings etc just how explained in the video made a hard save right before doing the 100 skilled glitch to remake characters if need be but only playing max level and skills only thing is ur special u ah just have to go with what u feel is best for ur character i went (s-7,p-6,e-9,c-3,i-5,a-5,l-7) do the chet exploit from 1-50 will tax 4-5 hours
Well the idea is once your done leveling; Comprehension & Educated are useless. But an Intense Training point will help with dialog checks...I also wasn't able to get all Skill lvls where I needed them with 6 INT unfortunately 😢
@projesterstudio I tend toward Comrehension to boost the duration of that one magazine that boosts your Crit Chance. I'm comfortable with the Stat spread I've planned out without the extra point.
there a Exploit to get 100 skill on everything just before you good spring, search up Trapped in Fallout hes a Good UA-camr. not Tryna still your viewers😅 i like FalloutNV creators just letter you know.
That's the exploit that makes it feel like you're typing in console commands I talk about in the intro. Yes, you can combine the 50 perks with fast 100 skills, but that's just no fun 😁
I actually tried the Chet exploit on Xbox and my game green screened when I tried saving after reaching level 20. I had to delete all of my save files including the Cloud saves because I couldn't Continue, Load or start a New Game without the game freezing. So back up all your saves just in case before trying the exploit. Safe to say, I won't be trying it again. Personally, I like to obtain Light Touch at level 2 then Old World Gourmet at Level 4 (S5 P1 E6 C10 I10 A6 L1). I also attain the Chem Tripper perk from drinking booze and farm the Tough Guy perk via Bear Traps on top of the hill next to the Goodsprings Source that you can reach without trigging the character reset by scaling it. Simply break your legs on it (need 55 Repair to rearm) and sleep on the mattress. You can use the Single Shotgun to complete the Ne Ne Ne Ne...challenge for 250XP. Now I have save ready for when I want to start a new build by simply walking towards the rebuild character perimeter.
Thank you for your input, I'm always glad to hear what's happening over on the console side of this, as its been over 15 years since I've booted up my Xbox. Also extremely innovative on the bear traps idea, first time hearing about it. I would also like to add that I have yet to run into any problems with my fallout saves, doing this on PC. But I am sorry to find out that happened to you!
this video is in fact "nuttier than a big horner dropping"
Wish this came out a week ago before I started my new character I’m level 30 now
Great video, I just got my first PC and I'm excited to try this
From what i remember you dont actually need to kill Ringo to get the dialogue options to shake down chet
correct, but you can only shake him down once if joe cobb is still alive, if he's dead and the quest is failed you can just shake him an infinite amount of times
@paulknarr that also let's you go through and finish Ghost Town Gunfight for anyone who cares about that
I'd be interested to know to be idolized with all factions
You probably won't read a review after three months but how exactly is Ringo allowed to live?
@MrPayiros From what I remember haven't done this recently but you should just be able to talk to Joe Cobb about working with him which gives you the dialogue to shake down the store

@nobodynothing282 what are you talking about, man
@nobodynothing282 i won't use it anyway. I don't play with too much exploits, and i don't like some of your perks.
Does this work on xbox
I believe it should, but I've never done it myself on Xbox. If you end up giving it a shot, let us know if it does work!

It does you just can’t use the autoclicker because your on controller
Don't you have to use the Chet exploit 1800 times just to reach Level 26? No one's got the time for that.
Says you dont have to take Educated/Comprehension, takes Intense Training 😂
