- A rare 1991 second season episode of the fastest word game show in the west. Fee plugs redubbed for an early 1992 rerun. Sourced from a videotape retrieved by Cosmicwheelz Audio-Video Entertainment, an archive.org user: archive.org/de...
The smaller "pyramid" is on the fritz!! Dollar-Tree '80s *_Pyramid_* set like a mf lol.
😂😂😂😂
My goodness. The Winner's Circles were EVIL this episode.
I wonder if anyone has the episodes with contestant Ellen Gerstell, before she became a voice actress.
She was REALLY good at this game.
Ever seen the anime Tenchi Muyo? In the English version, she was Mihoshi.
Hi, here is a link of Ellen Gerstell's 1st episode on the pyramid with Vicki Lawrence and Dick Cavett (ua-cam.com/video/dideZRMNCtU/v-deo.htmlsi=Aq7bpltXMQL5tWph)
@@peterkrahn2224 Well, what do you know? This was DURING her voiceover career--she had a role on Jem at the time!
Thanks so much for this!
YEESH! I remember those computer generated front game pyramid. I get that they wanted to get with the times because it's the 90s, but there was something about those manual operated trilons that gave the Pyramid its charm.
I didn't think John Davidson was too shabby as host, but let's face facts. There are certain games that fit certain hosts like hand in glove, and Pyramid with Dick Clark was one of them.
those subjects were near impossible. Producers were not trying to have a win this day.
EXTRA, STRAINED, and BULKY are definitely $100,000 tournament words right there.
@@richardhernandez4490 i agree. I noticed this was thinking the same.
I hated it when John rushed through this!
