@@AiniSk we are on our 2nd clomid cycle and chose to do IUI this cycle, I am currently 4dp iui...fingers way crossed. The state we are in our insurance doesn't cover ANY of iui or ivf so it's all so expensive. Thank you so much for asking!

Thank you for your sharings . What you are saying makes a lot of sense. However, beware of not giving women too much hope, especially with catchy titles like most UA-camrs. Sometimes everything is fine with us women, the issues a lot of the times come from men (hypogonadism, low level of testosterone, low sperm count , motility and/or morphology). I have been trying for a year now for baby number 3, since last year my husband has been suffering from low testosterone level, and only 3% of his sperm has normal morphology. Hence, no matter what I do to improve my physical and mental state, this will not change anything as the problem comes from him. It s good to motivate women and thank you for that but it is also important to make them aware that there are other parameters that are out of their control. Thank you

Dr. Shahine I would love to know your thoughts on the benefits of melatonin supplementation for ovulation. I studied my cycle for a year with LH testing before beginning trying to concieve, and came across some pretty impressive studies. I was consistantly ovulating on day 18-19, and taking 5 mg melatonin every evening has moved my ovulation to day 14-15 for the last 6 months.

I recently weaned from breastfeeding (14 months) I only weaned b/c my cycle had not come back and we are wanting to have another baby sooner rather than later. I started tracking my cycle again in January (this was my first full cycle) . I ovulated on day 13 but my luteal phase was short. (yes, I panicked) Now on cycle 2 I am on cycle day 15 and I have not ovulated yet. (yes, I am panicking again) Is it normal to have such abnormal periods? Previously before giving birth I always ovulated between cd 12-14 and my cycles were roughly 26-27 days long. I'm currently testing for ovulation with OPK's. I also recently added the Tempdrop to the mix b/c I was unable to take my bbt at the same time every day due to the little one waking up randomly throughout the night. This was going to be our first cycle to try to conceive again.
Review with your doctor any concerns but cycles can change throughout life and typical to have slightly irregular cycles as cycles come back after weaning.

Hi Doctor I had a miscarriage on Dec 25th 2023. I was two and half month pregnant at that time and I took a set of pill(breeky) to remove the remnants of the pregnancy under a doctor's guidance. I had irregular spotting till I got my next periods which came on 22nd Jan 2024. The problem is that I am still bleeding after 12 days of periods and 41 days of miscarriage. What shall I do?
My dr told me that I can't get pregnant naturally because my amh is low and my tubes are blocked. He also said I can only get pregnant through ivf. I really can't afford ivf. Can you help please. 😢. It's hell for me.
Try doing a HSG test. A lot of women who are having difficulties getting pregnant before doing a HSG test, got pregnant after. The dye that’s pushed through your uterus during this test, inadvertently (at times) clears blockages.

I'm 50 now too but we're still hopeful. I have 3 adult children, 2 girls aged 27 and 20 and my baby boy is 19, but my partner of 10 years doesn't have any of his own so if we're lucky enough to get one we'd both be over the moon. It can't hurt to just keep trying, don't lose hope ❤
