I'm all for saving them, but I'd easily classify that as a parts tractor. Yea it runs great, but that's about it. Not much of the tractor would be left by the time you finished. Even the transmission based on your comment needs work. That is an old power lift on the back someone swapped, not power trol. Finding one that is locked up but good sheet metal and mixing, that sounds like a decent idea. Plenty of people though looking for engine parts which is the one thing this has and others need. Just my opinion.
@@DrRust I get it. I kind of learned the hard way with my B. It was the first tractor I ever tinkered with. I could have had 3 of them (restored) fior what I have in that one. And like I said in the end so much of the tractor is from donors and I see too many people parting out nice ones to feed ones too far gone. But it's your tractor, and I respect whatever you decide. I just like for others to be informed so I can keep them from learning the hard way like me. B parts are plentiful at least at this point, but definitely find a whole donor tractor yourself.
People speak in the car world about sacrificing a classic to save 2 or 3 others (parts cars), that one is boarderline to me. Should it give or receive? It sure runs good to be so mistreated Good luck which ever way you go

You'll fix it and it's got whitewall on the front. What else can you ask for. And running ought to be in there somewhere. BLESSINGS!
Yep it’s just a big project I wasn’t expecting I’ll probably start collecting stuff for it soon
I think the clutch will be a big ordeal
@@DrRust Got to be a spot inside for a thrust washer or two. You'll get it. I'll watch from a distance. Don't want to hinder you!
I think it’s the throw out Bering but it’s probably got more than just that wrong
@@DrRust Could be with everything in there running sideways but if it's not growling is a good thing.
I didn’t show that it howls if you have the lever in the right spot
it’s going to be a learning curve
