I have my own set of plans , what is the contractors name and phone number? Is it true they were selling for 85k n now 130k? The rooms are almost too huge and I don’t like the furniture in Kigali big and bulky ! Nice design very modern , exception rooms too large !

Are foreigners allowed to buy land in Rwanda? Yes, foreigners can buy property in Rwanda.
How many properties are foreigners limited to? A foreigner can buy one residential/household property. Should they wish to buy morethan one piece of property, they still can do that however it will be regarded as investment property. One therefore has to obtain an investment certificate inorder to be able to buy morethan one piece of property as a foreigner.
