I love your style of teaching! Straightforward, easy to follow, with no waste of time. You have made me a fan even though I'm mostly vegetarian. Would be ever so happy if you would also teach vegetarian versions of popular Southeast Asian dishes like laksa, mee rebus, soto, mee siam, satay, Indian rojak (for a start😜).
I've always thought Tom Kha was tastier than Tom Yum. I'll have to try the recipe next time I get to the Asian market since some of the ingredients aren't common where I live.

It's looks delicious
Don't you remove the lemon grass and galangal before serving?
They are tough and not to be eaten. You can remove them, but the locals will leave them in the bowl.
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

It looks it is not complicated to make if all ingredients are available. Will try. Thank you.
