  • Got an hour to spare? Want a ride after dinner and you're a little drunk so don't want to climb, then Telluride has what you need! Jump on the Gondola after 6pm (or before 10am) to ride the cross country trails for free. Head down Village for minimal climbing and finish down Boomerang to get back to town.     There’s plenty to climb (outside the park area) if you don’t want the lift as well.

    Never had much interest in lift access, this looks pretty sweet though. Ill have to escape the city and hit that up someday.

    Was your HR really 187 bpm?

      Ha! Yes. I run about 20 bpm higher than most people. I typically average 176 bpm on a typical 3-4 hour ride with peak burst up to 208 (though I try to keep it below 195).
