  • When you have PTSD, the world feels unsafe. You may have upsetting memories, feel on edge, or have trouble sleeping. You may also try to avoid things that remind you of your trauma - even things you used to enjoy.

Can I get permission to use this video for a PTSD training for faculty and staff at my nursing college? I really appreciate this video. I am also a PTSD survivor, so this video is really wonderful! Thank you!

I have no nightmares at all or I just don't remember I had. I just stoped to have dreams at all. Is it nirmal for PTSD?

I have very vivid dreams, myself. I dream all night, sometimes really bad but always weird or scary

I don't think I do things , "differently", but I have been in same Routine, Mentality, Schedule and I don't wake up here or when I do wake up here, I have to remind myself who and where I am.... Only sharing because I have not been diagnosed with PTSD in 20+ yrs since getting out. The Struggle is Real and I feel the tug and push. I sometimes don't know what to do or who to talk to.
