This is happening with multiple different players. I’ve tried everything, this has been happening since the end of the 1st Festival of Universes. Once in a while it will function properly but a day or two later, it will go back to not working properly.
@@Darksword-786 Hello, thanks for commenting I find it strange that no one complained or talked about the subject. Maybe it's because they didn't want to bother Bandai because otherwise they wouldn't receive free copies of DRAGON BALL Sparking! ZERO.
@@C.F.T.R.On Reddit several groups of people have talked about it, they have even emailed Bandai about it. It’s just that don’t expect much from Bandai, and I wouldn’t say it’s because they were afraid of not receiving free copies of Sparking Zero. Only big content creators would get free copies, everyone else is going to have to pay for it.

Hello, thanks for answering. I have been asking for weeks if anyone has the same problem and no one has answered me. I made the complaint to Bandai Support, which I already did and nothing. The faster you report it, the faster they will resolve it. One question: where are you from?

A friend of mine said that because someone tried to hack the servers and that’s why they shut it off and they’re trying to fix it video I’ve looked at it. People getting kicked from the lobby and going back to the main screen, but don’t explain why that is happening so I don’t know what the deal is but hurry up and fix it because you only got so many days and more to except the gifts are in there

Issue im having for vout a week now couldnt get my last raid rewards and so far not letting me even in just takes me back to main menu
