The plane was flying over the Tokyo bay and I can see Chiba and the plane is landing on runway 22

Holy cow, that's one of the quietest landings I've ever heard. I saw that the spoilers were deployed @TD but I didn't see any signs of the reverse thruster being engaged or the aerodynamic landing technique being used....? 🤔😕
