People normally believe in brands and Godrej is a reputed brand....By this EOI, you have to buy the unit otherwise your money will be forfeited as it seems...Getting customers is not that easy and this trick is adopted for sales...

I am pretty sure the ones who sent the form were also authorised channel partners of godrej just like these ones. The caller clearly said that 500000 rupees is refundable and her boss is saying it is not, liars and cheats they are. Krishna sir, I have a question- Can we not put a case of fraud on them, on these so called channel partners? They are clearly lying saying that the amount of money we pay them is refundable and we have proof about it.
Just now got a call from them - no stamp duty, no reg chgs , no floor rise till Mar 31st 2021 - spot booking then more discounts....wonder how can someone book a flat on spot ...i take more time to buy a shirt
Yesterday when I spoke to them they told me you’ll have to pay 2% of agreement value for EOI (refundable) or 5% of agreement value for Token (non-refundable).
Heights of stupidity!! Now people are paying money before the project is even launched and the costs are finalised!! And all this while hundreds or thousands of units are lying unsold in Mumbai!!What are all these people smoking!! Mumbai people high on the money drug..

I have done something similar here in Noida. It was fun. They are clueless they change their statements in every minutes when they can't answer. Seriously these partners and builders both fraud if you don't deal carefully.

Seems like it’s easy money making option in India. Have a sales team and get people book the apartment without showing them the actual paper. Sad :(
