I think there's like a ten-year prison sentence on putting out a hit on someone, assuming no-one actually follows up on that.
Worst case scenario, say if someone did go ahead and do the deed, and a tragedy happens. Would she be charged as an accessory and he facing life in prison in the same cell as Toneman. They both made not just threats but are recruiting a hitman by offering a cash pay out. That's a criminal offence in itself and a jail sentence. So massive report this to Twitch, Twitter and the Law Enforcement Agencies, they need their careers destroyed and be behind bars

... There's actually multiple Instances this where people have joked about physical violence on twitch, or made empty threats, but still have been banned some people even Perma banned for it, so this wouldn't be without precedent
What was their gender, race, sexual orientation, and political leanings? Those are major factors for deciding who actually gets punished for breaking the rules.
