Dirt Bike Magazine tests the 2022 Yamaha YZ85 & YZ85 Big Wheel Two Stroke at Glen Helen Raceway. Both the bikes are identical except the swing arm and wheels are larger on the big wheel for obvious reasons. The YZ85 has has a new subframe, new rear brake master cylinder, new bodywork, MX3S tires, new seat, new rear axle, and much more. We give you all the details on both motorcycles in this video and a first day impression on what it was like to ride the 2022 Yamaha YZ85 two stroke on track. Dirt bike Magazine will ALWAYS be my FAVORITE just because of the sheer variety of bikes and racing they showcase! I'm a guy that loves GNCC, GP, Enduro, H&H etc. as much as I love MX & SX...quite honestly, the enduro based races are what I enjoy watching the MOST! Power to weight similar to the YZ 125. The 85 is outstanding. When the time comes, skip the 125 and go with the 250

I had a 75 yz 100 with 80 wheel set " 😮 so it looked like a 80 " raced it in 80 class, but unfortunately the track official said 98cc hmm not 79cc 😂 yup" 2 nd gear holeshots braaap😅

i am waiting for the bike to get to fl this second round only 5 available right now , my kid rides a kx 85 17/14 hes growing and his bike its been punished a bit and im hopping the yz bigwheel will help him because hes missing snappier bottom end power on the kx and if someone has an opinion on the benefits and downsides comparing the yz vs the Austrian bikes are they close to compare or Austrian bikes are just "next level" like i hear from moto dads at local track's better like it seems and the price, suggests"... please you blue bleeding Yamaha die hard fans keep it honest 😉 😁✌️✊️
