OMG, that rice and fava disn looks amazing. I'm plant based, so I'll skip the chicken, but a nice Persian salad would hit the spot.

Thank you! When I use organic rice, I use organic basmati rice from Trader Joes, otherwise I use long grain basmati by Zebra brand.
