Tim and Greg - you both outdid yourselves at this place. 😅 - that gumtree and all those vines … what a nightmare!!! Thank you for everything you do, and continue to do, to help the elderly and less fortunate who can’t do their own yards - especially when they get out of control and into a state like this. You continue to give without judgement and its what stands you above the rest of other content creators ❤ much love and appreciation 🫶🏻
Well done Greg and Mark, the dynamic duo!! People benefit from your free mow Fridays and it's good see y'all making it easier for those who are less fortunate. Keep up the great work.
Such a satisfying cleanup and manicure to watch! Greg tries hard and seems to be a big help. You guys did a beautiful job on this property! What a difference!
I think the beacon is a safety device for the benefit of Greg, but Tim can confirm this. Masport has no information on this as an accessory, that I can find, and it's not feature on any of their mowers. It's possible that Greg has a disability and the beacon is a reminder to him to be aware.
That blue flowered vine is called Morning Glory here in the US. It's invasive like English Ivy and a real pain to get rid of once it gets started. You and George did a wonderful job on this yard. I love watching your videos. Greetings from Oregon USA.
Nice transformation ! I think that tree is long past its usefulness, but I wouldn't want to be the one to cut it apart! Greg was a champ in trying to pull up those vines! Egads, what a mess!
I'm so pleased Claratyne sponsors some of your videos so that you can give Greg some work hours ... He works really hard & looks like he's a great match to be part of the Team! Now when I go to the Chemist I'm only going to buy Claratyne brand for my hayfever meds! Great job Tim & Greg! ❤ Susannah
Aloha 🌺 & G'day Tim & Greg! Wow love the hard scape reveals. I miss Australia, used to live in Caufield, Victoria. The morning glory was really out of control! Thank you for another amazing Free Mow Friday! 🌺🥰❤️
Hey Tim, you're back. I was patiently waiting for a new video. Very nice cleanup, those vines though. Wow! Having that huge tree so close to the house would worry me.🥰❤ Loved it.
A chuckle over Area 1. That isn't a trellis for flowers, it is Variation #2 for Australian clotheslines, and that vining and twig snarl is probably over a concrete pad. You are making progress on getting through the vine backlog. Going down the side, it certainly does not make it easy to pick up debris with that going on. "How" to get through a problem is always interesting. You are trying various approaches and the rate at which you are developing improvements in speed and effectiveness is showing. Definitely a "layered" job, where you clean up one thing and then may still have several more things to do in the same general space. Eventually it becomes normalized. There is a degree of Landscape Archeology and Restoration today. Design lines are reappearing, space and views being regained, safety and usability of the area as well. 39:31, I smiled. This looks so different than when you started. The resident will have a whole new view as well as onlookers in the nearby building. 40:31 is similar as polishing work is ongoing. This was a very nice gift you two. ( If you were to make a part two, I'd take debris off the roof and out of the gutter and power wash the paving. Maybe rethread the clothesline.)
That sure wound up being tougher than it looked! Those vines….are terrible, awful, horrible..!!! But you and Greg knocked it out of the park again.. You are both so good at what you do those vines don’t stand a chance in the end. Thanks much for all that you do❤.
I'm only up to the bit where Gregs tackling the runners on the side fence, he has more patience than me, & those sharp edges have hit the asmr spot already 🙌 The misty rain looks lovely too. Love your videos, Tim. Thank you.
Great job Tim and Greg! It feels strange to say “the owner’s back yard is ready for Summer now”. Because in Chicago right now, it’s getting cold and windy as we head into mid-Fall in the states.
The detail work takes so much time compared to the mowing, unless the grass is long and u spend so much time emptying the bag lol I have a yard atm that is alot like this and geez it's taking some work. Another awesome 1 guys 🙂
Tim and Greg, thank you for this massive clean up. The owner needs to get that gum tree removed, they have shallow roots and in bad weather (rain, wind) can topple over. It’s a silly place for a tree that size, maybe it was there when the place was built or possibly seeded by a bird. Regards Rosemaryxx from Geelong, Victoria 🙏❤️🤗
I’m only half way through this great video, but I suspect that big gum is responsible for the overflowing rubbish in those roof gutters. No wonder Tim hates blimmin leaves. 🍃
Those vines were a real nuisance I thought. Your work was tops, 🎉I would be nervous with such a huge gum so near my home. Probably a nightmare to remove at this stage
That gum tree is way too big to be in a suburban backyard. I had one in our yard and it collapsed after days of rain and wind, thankfully it just missed hitting the house. Another great clean up Tim and Greg, watching from Victoria.
G'day Tim & Greg, you need a Giant Vacuum like the ones they used to have on a Horse Cart to suck up all that Leaf Waste 😂, Yeah I enjoy watching the clean up just as much as the Mowing & Edging... Especially when Idiana Lawnmowerman discovers lost Treasures🙃👎 (paths, driveways, gardenbeds etc... even Clotheslines)
@@timthelawnmowerman absolutely Tim, not suggesting you do it at all. I think the owner might be able to get it removed based on proximity to the house (that used to be a thing councils did anyway)
Your work is always superior. You don't miss a thing. This was a viney mess of a small yard. Greg is the perfect match as your helper. You two are the best together ❤️ 😊
People need to learn what trees are appropriate for landscaping a small yard and what trees are simply too large and do nothing to add beauty to their yard and are not a destructive mess, the faster the gum tree is removed the faster the yard will drastically improve, tough job for you guys.
Great job guys. I'm curious to know about the flashing light on the mower. I need something like that for my ride on mower when I am mowing the highway frontage where I live. Where did you acquire it? Thanks in advance for your reply. Cheers!
I kept looking at the roof and gutter clogged. Does the owner know in fine print some insurance companies will not cover a tree planeted within 1-2 meters of fence line. So if it falls it will not be covered by insurance also does person know line can be purchased from bunnings under $10 to redo clothes line.
I'd would recommend having the tree removed. We have trouble with gum leaves, branches, roots and the tree isn't even in our yard. It has gotten so big but they won't even prune the branches which are now over our side of fence. Too high for us to reach. Should never been planted there. Not designed for small yards. In this person case if there is someone out there that would be able to HELP her out. As you can see by her gutters, they can block stormwater and pipes for a very long time and the mess will be back in a week. You can't enjoy your yard or put furniture out as oils in leaves will stain and ruin them.
I like the way that you give Greg some well deserved video coverage. Such a good helper.
Greg tries so hard to anticipate what you'll need. He's a keeper. You, too, Tim!😄 Great work!

Greg is a good helper for you Tim because he's never be in your way and does his own way of helping you in the background. Good teamwork 👍 😊
Great cleanup! Those vines looked like a major pain to pull out of there!
*TIM REAL FANS ARE YOU HERE* *?!!* 😘💖🫶🏻
Just brilliant. Thank you Claratyne for sponsoring Tim and letting him hire Greg, who is such a great help. Well done.
Greg is a rockstar!!
Great job Tim and Greg another one looking 💯 better you both did a fantastic job.😊
Nice time to upload Tim, most welcomed is a new video 👊
Thanks!

I think you both did a amazing job on this and I think you for this. God bless both of you 🙏❤️

You both outdid yourselves! Brilliant work! I always look forward to your videos every week. Well done 😊
Thanks for the video today guys.
That concrete could use a good power washing. Possibly combining yard maintenance and power washing???
Agree 100% 🎉
So glad you have Greg. What a hard worker and good helper. Yes, get him some shirts! He's a keeper. Love watching your videos, Tim.
Great teamwork on last Freemo,Greg you absolutely blitzed the mowing.Love your videos and your energy Tim.
Another fantastic makeover. Thank you for sharing!
I agree about removing the gum tree 🌳 another excellent job 👏 👍 👌
I don't think I've ever seen a whoopie light, caution, on a lawn mower. 👍 Great transformation of this yard. Thanks again.☮️
I noticed that too and at first I thought the mower was on fire or throwing sparks! LOL Still can't fathom what it's supposed to be for.
I think the beacon is a safety device for the benefit of Greg, but Tim can confirm this. Masport has no information on this as an accessory, that I can find, and it's not feature on any of their mowers. It's possible that Greg has a disability and the beacon is a reminder to him to be aware.
Greg is a great helper. Looked so nice❤❤❤❤
What an AMAZING job! Greg is an impressive guy!
I knew you would transform this yard! So marvelous!
Great job, it looks great considering all vines, sticks, & gum tree bark. A lot of work but the two of you did amazing making it look this good !!!!!!
Thanks, appreciate that!
Bravo! 👏
That AC unit looks like it is just holding on 😄
The joys of having a huge widow maker in the back yard! As usual great video Tim, and Greg definitely deserves a Free Friday Mower guernsey
It’s fantastic that you can give Greg employment, I think he really enjoys it 😊
Fantastic for everyone 🙌
Terrific job guys I enjoyed watching the video of uncovering the paths and patio 👏. God bless you both and keep you safe 🙏
Wow, this one was a ton of work! You two did amazing. I love watching these transformations! Looks so neat and clean.

Tim and Greg may need to expand your services. Never seen concrete in more dire need of a power wash. Great job as always.
looks great! Craig is doing a great job. Way to go Craig.
Oh man I love seeing the concrete reveals in these clean ups!!! Soooo satisfying! 😁
Excellent job! Amazing transformation!😊❤
Ahh, that Morning Glory vine! Such a pain to remove and keep out! Great work getting it out. 🙂
BLOODY MORNING GLORY 😤 Thanks for a great video guys, a lot of HARD work clearing those vines but excellent result. Stay well 💚🐝

A/c looks like it’s going to fall out🇺🇸
Yes, I just mentioned about that - needs more support underneath to make it level!
Greg needs his own free mow Friday shirt Tim.
Nice job!

Gotta love a gum tree, which I do, but the leaves!!!
Great job Tim and Greg! It feels strange to say “the owner’s back yard is ready for Summer now”. Because in Chicago right now, it’s getting cold and windy as we head into mid-Fall in the states.

Id say that gum was left by the builders & had been there a while, probably over 100 years. Great job again guys.
Fantastic job you two!! Wow, that is a huge tree, lots of money to get rid of!! Did you see any snakes 🐍?? 👀
Tim and Greg, thank you for this massive clean up. The owner needs to get that gum tree removed, they have shallow roots and in bad weather (rain, wind) can topple over. Poor Greg battling those vines.
Fabulous result on a very neglected garden..hope the owner pressure washes the cement now

Yep you’re right!
Those vines were a real nuisance I thought. Your work was tops, 🎉I would be nervous with such a huge gum so near my home. Probably a nightmare to remove at this stage

The vine is morning glory. It's considered a weed here in US.
It’s been declared a noxious weed here in Australia too but people keep planting it.

Great job!!! I was wondering why there’s a flashing light on the mower? ❤
Because I had it. 😂 no real reason 🙌
You must go through loads of strimmer line, in the UK that tree would have to go, to close to the house.
Great job guys. That tree is a danger as we know they drop branches without any warning at all..
What's with the light on the mower?? never seen that before 🤷♀
I thought it was spitting flames at first
@@beauzo9965 me too lol

Thanks!
Think that tree needs a tree surgeon to cut it down!
I think that window Air Conditioner needs some more support - shouldn’t be leaning at an angle like that - needs to be level or won’t work properly!
That gum tree should be removed. Too close to the house.
Little above my pay grade
@@timthelawnmowerman absolutely Tim, not suggesting you do it at all. I think the owner might be able to get it removed based on proximity to the house (that used to be a thing councils did anyway)
When they were planning to build in the first place, that tree should have been removed then. 😮😮

Does Greg help you on just the videos or is he your helper on your regular lawn service?
Was there a video last week?? It doesn’t show on my UA-cam list for your channel. I had been worried until I saw this listing today.

Is the spark arrester on the mower rusted out , can see fire , but gives it more power ??!
