Glutinous rice is pulut. Available in white and black. White normally for making delicacies, it is also eaten with mango (harum manis- a seasonal mango in Northern Malaysia and Thailand) and coconut milk (santan) whereas black is usually to make porridge or bubur, kuih koci. Even, some call it sticky rice.
