An American icon - I can listen to his songs anytime, any day. RIP Sir Tom Hall (T didn’t stand for anything!)
Tom T. Hall died as he lived, "On his own terms" God Bless this masterful storyteller and Ms. Dixie together again!
Yup he gave it a good go hung in there as we all try etc but in the end he missed her too much
One of the best ever to grace country music.. R.I.P. Tom
He could make you laugh or cry--remember, regret or rejoice--sometimes all in the same song. May God bless his memory.

Funny Tom T. talks about dying, and last week he passed on. Tom is an all time favourite singer songwriter of mine, thankfully he did many great songs, and I have a lot of them. RIP Tom T.
This guy has been my hero since 1973. Love me some Tom T.💜
My father used to sing the "I Love..." song to me when I was a small child. Miss him.
Thank you for the great music and memories Mr. Hall.
My dad too every night, so I chose it for the father daughter dance at my wedding
"When I die and they have my funeral, I'm gonna have all these weeds on my grave... I think my funeral will look like a haystack"

I was Air Force roommates with his cousin's (Wilma Hall) son, Stanton Sharp. We talked about getting out and going to work for Tom T. Life didn't turn out that way. RIP Tom T.

I wish I could have seen him in person. Tom seems like someone it be so cool to sit on that porch and pick guitars a spell.

I can’t believe he’s gone . I’m so heartbroken. He didn’t appear to be ill or anything like that. I was hoping for some more videos of him.
Anne Cohen I can't believe he's gone or how he chose to go, very sad.

I was fortunate to catch his act in the 80's but I wish I could have seen more. I sat on the couch watching TV when I could have gotten out there, and with just a little more effort, caught these star's acts before they all died. Thank you, KET and God bless Tom T.
One day, just a regular good ol' boy living in a little Kentucky town; first thing you know, making trips to Australia to sing and play your songs.
But still a good ol' boy from Kentucky.
RIP Tom T.
He is the master class for storytelling songs.
He’s AWSOME
WHAT A GREAT GUY A TRUE LEGEND
His death makes me so sad. He was so genuine, i can’t grasp why he would do what he did. Rest in peace the great Tom T. Hall.
I can he missed her so much
I always loved Tom T’s music he way one in a million ❤ R I P Tom
A storytelling country song writer from Kentucky that married a woman from England and was a mentor to Johnny Rodriguez from south Texas. He was definitely multicultural! People love to stereotype country singers as folks ignorant outside of their world, but this is obviously not the case for Tom T. Hall. Me and Jesus and I Love Beer are my personal favorites.
Might just be one of the most REAL people to vet come out of Nashville / the Opry. I listen and I wanna BE more real in my own life
I always liked watermelon wine. The story and meaning. Rip Tom,,
P.s.
and thank you
very much...
And I Love You Too...
He's from my home town
