    For anyone that cant figure out how to turn off the pilot-camera feature after playing both sequences back to back: That camera icon you clicked to get both sequences to play? click back on one of the individual cameras instead and you should have mouse control back. If all else fails, click save and restart ue5 and it will likely be resolved.

    I've watched at least half a dozen videos on this topic and yours is the most clearly described of all. Subd! Note: I would like to see more about generating the actual EXR/PNG image sequences. From there I import them into Davinci for final editing.

    How would you make a second sequence of an actual character that is animated? I tried this but when I go into the new sequence the characters animation is back to default and I need it to start where it left off from the first sequence.

    This video is awesome for a beginner, very easy to follow but I have 2 questions:
    1. how do I leave piloting the camera
    2. how do I export the shots I took into an MP4 or any file type really, Thanks!

    • @MrHollt
      @MrHollt  Місяць тому +1

      When piloting in the upper left hand section you should see a small tab that has an eject symbol. Click that.
      As for exporting into an MP4, you can’t. Easy way (and free) is to export JPG and then use the free resolve version to import and then export as a MP4. If color looks off when using resolve check out my tutorials, I have one on how to import in resolve correctly

    I have a question regarding how to setup a 2 view port configuration in my level sequence. I want a view in left view port that is a shot of the level. A wide shot of the area. Just a perspective camera looking at the level. In the right view port is my camera Actor. Now I want to be able to see and move around the camera Actor by translating and rotating it in the left view port. What happens now is when I select the camera Actor in the left view port I get a third smaller view port in that left view port. That smaller view is in my way. But I have not been able to find a configuration (setup) that will not pop up this smaller view in the larger view port. Any help would be appreciated.

    • @PEMGILRAT
      @PEMGILRAT 2 місяці тому

      im not sure if this will help but, under windows you can find a lebel called Viewports, if you go on it you will se you can activate up to 4 viewports. ( i use this to simulate on one of my screens from one cimenatic camera ( that you can select by clicking on perspective lebel at top left corner of the screen) and at the same time i can keep editing on my other viewport that can be on another camera. So i belive that if you select a camera for each viewport and put them in the sequencer you can see both at the same time. hope this helps somehow.

    • @steinmov
      @steinmov 2 місяці тому

      @@PEMGILRAT Here is the problem, I am using one monitor. I do not want 4 viewports showing. Too small.

    • @PEMGILRAT
      @PEMGILRAT 2 місяці тому

      @@steinmov if I'm understanding properly you want a split screen that on right of the split it shows the view of camera actor1, and on the left par of the screen is a wide view of the scene to facilitate the positioning of actor1. But by clicking actor one a small window appears showing the camera view. If you just want to get rid of this small window you can. Toggle of in menu bar -Edit -Editor preference - Level editor- Viewports - toggle off/on "preview selected camera".

    Hi, how I can animate a zoom effect?

    • @MrHollt
      @MrHollt  6 місяців тому

      Their should be a "focal length" setting under the options of the camera, increasing that will zoom your camera.
