The graphics don't get any more "realistic" than this, LOL! Nice playthrough! I never played this game, but I did see it a few times in the arcades years ago!
I used to play this game all the time when I was a kid. The arcade version was a lot more crisp in graphics though, and we used to have one at arcade at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, where I'm from.
Are you talking about "Fast draw" scene? You can't reload till the time(to draw and shoot) has come. When the time has come, you have to reload quickly and shoot enemy full speed.
It's one thing to watch Retsupurae riff on this game, and another to watch it and realize that this Wii version is real. Now we need a Wii version of Crime Patrol.
i have this game on Wii as well. unfortunately, due to the fact that most gamers shun live action (and believe me, American Laser Games was notorious for it's sometimes cheesy and over the top acting), this is an underappreciated budget game. BTW, did you take the sound effects from Lethal Enforcers (especially the reload noise)?
Just bought the wii version but mine doesn't make a gun sound when you shoot the gun. Is there something wrong with it? Or is there any option on the sound effects? Please help.

30年前のレーザーディスクゲームが、ポリゴンなどでリメイクされず当時のままの映像で、PS3世代のゲーム機にまで移植される例はたぶんこのマッドドッグマックリーだけだと思われます…
