I live in Orlando Florida and watch home prices, property taxes, food, fuel and tolls go through the roof, Yet salaries have not kept up. I’m seeing more and more Floridians pack up and leave for places like NC and GA. Florida was suppose to be a haven for low income people/retirees and not another NY or CA.
Thanks for speaking honestly about the real estate situation. The industry has driven home prices too high for most families. The solution is for prices to align with family budgets, even if it means a market correction. The wisest thing that should be on everyone mind currently should be to invest in different streams of income that doesn't depend on the govt.
Especially with the current economic crisis around the word. This is still a good time to invest in Gold, silver and digital currencies ETH, XRP..).
What if you don't know how to trade any of these?
I see your point some people have the money and are willing to invest, the question is where to.
I agree, that's the more reason I prefer my day to day invt decisions being guided by a invt-coach, seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis they have, it's near impossible to not out-perform, been using a invt-coach for over 2years+ and I've netted over 1.5million
These prices are approaching Vegas, Nv, which is totally crazy.

Hey Kaleb. Happy Monday. 1st home. Like the elevation. Like the deep hallway on entry. Like the 1st bedroom especially the window. Don’t like that you can see right into the 2nd bedroom on entry. Just gotta keep door closed. Nice size laundry. Nice open concept and big kitchen and island. Spacious covered lanai. Just need to fence and add a pool. Good size primary and en-suite. Like pocket doors. Beautiful shower indeed. Appreciate the linen closet and yes; good size closet. 2nd home ok elevation. Looks deceivingly small. Like the depth on entry. See the difference with the 1st bedroom you enter, it sits back and over some. Don’t see it immediately as you walk in. Have to take a few steps. 2 good size bedrooms and bath. Love that there’s another bathroom and bedroom across the hall. Nice size laundry. Yes. Room for shelving and sink. Nice open concept. Cozy designated dining area. Covered lanai. No room for a pool? Good size primary and en-suite. Would prefer a linen closet VS the tub. Lovely home. Both lovely. Thanks for sharing.

Great tour Sir. Anyone who buys at those prices could be upset in a few months when those homes are discounted. We are on a slow ride to a correction, hang on.
"They" are not buying down your interest rate but rather YOU are buying down your interest rate. They are just rolling that cost into your mortgage.
Secondly, anyone dumb enough to be buying in this declining market here's two bits of advice. Get an independent home inspection and get your own buyers agent. If the builder says you don't need either is more proof that you need both.
It would also be helpful to do the monthly carrying costs on these homes PITI & HOA/CDD to let people know what they're getting into.

I'm only watching because, I enjoy the way you show homes. Florida for some reason thinks they are the big apple and no longer the sunshine state with these prices. That home is not worth more that $200k MAX. LOL Smh Especially in Kissimmee and under 2,000 sq ft...LMBO I am really tripping out over these insane prices for these inexpensive homes in these boring communities. Smh LOL I'm a New Yorker who use to live in Tampa for 7 years some time ago. Although, the market has changed it should NOT change in Florida as much as it did. It's not much money to make in that state for your average 9-5 resident. Smh Almost half a million dollars for home under 2,000 sq ft is going to have me LAUGHING ALL WEEK! LOL THANKS FOR SHARING!

Lol im from miami where a 2 bedroom shack built in 1970 cost $400,000 so this is actually good prices compared to my area.

Thanks for another great tour Kaleb. Although these homes are beautiful those prices (as you know) are extraordinary. If you wanted house #1 as modeled, it’s probably well over $600k 😢. I’ve bought new before and with base at $407 plus HOA, makes you wonder who’s buying these? 🤔🤔🤔
House #2, I was expecting a squeaky patio door 😆. Both nice homes but even with the incentives, they're asking too much in this economy. Thank you Kaleb for your videos ❤

So Kaleb, I'm loving this home, Although not a fan of Ponds or Lakes, I don't need any Crocodiles or Alligators in my backyard, That's one of my pet peeves. The Trey ceiling is Gorgeous. Kitchen is Magnificent, With the Dark Espresso cabinets. Little disappointed about the 2nd being so small. $407,000 in my opinion is over the top as far as pricing. Maybe they should come down off the price, $350,000-$360,000 is more like it. House #2, It's pretty, I just thought that house number 1, Seem to have that Sophistication, My Favorite.😊 Which has lot going for itself. $464,000 is really not worth the Price, More like $420,000-$430,000. Buying down rates and paying closing cost for prices that are inflated somewhat defeat the purpose of drawing in prospects.
I guess renting is the way to go.
I am retiring in few months and just keep watching home builders try to bleed everyone as much as possible
Would love model price meaning the amount of upgrades. So many model home to go to these days of 100 to 180k in upgrades I feel that is deception🤷♀️
Really nice picks, and i loved how the decor of the funiture goes, but the pool is missing, it has to have swiming pool, maybe at the community condominium? The pool is hightly wanted

Hey, Maggie! Thank you for watching. It just depends on what community, as that option differs depending on community, some communities will have you pay a lot fee and some won’t, in this particular community they do charge a lot fee that is separate from the price of the home.
