I am giving thought to the kodiac truck tent. I'm rebuilding some key things on my f150 to bring it up to scratch. I think the tent would be great for our camping plans..
My wife of 40 years passed away two months ago after a very lengthy battle with cancers. I am going to order the Kodiak Canvas truck tent in a few days and start getting as many resets as I can. Thanks for your videos, stay safe and God bless.
Thank you. I have since ordered and used my Kodiak Canvas truck tent and really like it. I have only been out once this spring but plan on taking some longer trips.Just been too hot and humid. I am about as far east as you can get in NC so you have at least one subscriber out here. Lord willing, I will make it out your way and may even give you a holler. Getting out into Gods creation is definitely helping with my reset. See you out there if only on your videos. Mark.
Liam, you are and always will be my favorite person to camp with. My dream is to instill a passion and respect for the great outdoors onto you. You're well on your way to becoming my greatest accomplishment. Love you buddy.
Love the videos but I've been in a big rut so when you mentioned that at the end it was like, "Whoa..." Going camping with my lady next weekend, many many thanks for the videos, I need a truck tent now!!
I have one of these tents and haven't used it yet. My question to you is: how do you pack it up when it is wet? It is already quite heavy before but I was curious if you have any tips on packing the Kodiak after it is soaked?
Great question! The canvas doesnt really get soaked per say. The water beads off it rather well. However... After a big snow storm, I was unable to pack it back up simply because of the moisture and snow leftover on the material. I just threw it in the back of the truck bed.
Watching from Rochester NY.
