Thank you so much for this interview team!🙏Your storytelling is on another level! So excited for your future and your impact not just on the Philippines but all over the world!
Love this so much! I will definitely be following along with Filipino Story as well. Thank you Rocio for showing your vulnerability, love and appreciation to the Philippines and their people. 🫶🏼
What an interesting format this video turned out to be. It's like a collab slash documentary slash reaction video. Love you Mom Duty. Nelvin, Rocio more power to you both. Thank you for taking a chance on the Philippines, and for planting your roots here, and for blossoming here as individuals and as a family. MABUHAY KAYO.
It's so heartwarming and moving to see you (@MomDuty) cry because of the reason that you saw this content project and I realized you are a Mexican who was a kid and had been adopted by an American family and grew up there! I know now that you had not experience our kind of culture growing up but do not worry because there is a saying, we Filipinos are the Mexicans of Asia and I think that is something you can be proud of because they would not say that if it was not true! Who are we without Mexican?.. Thanks to them we wouldn't be our selves! 😁
So heartwarming really, I'm so proud to be a Filipino, because we Filipinos are just like that, full of emphaty, love, share what we have. We Filipinos Really wonderful ❤
This is a great video. Very well done!! Ocampo family, watching you from Canada, I see you reflecting the kindness of the Philippines. You too treat everyone with respect and kindness everywhere you go. Kindness is very powerful. it costs nothing but means everything. It's never wasted. It will always make a difference even if you never know what impact it has had on someone. But, most importantly, kindness is a choice and we see you making that choice all the time and by example you are instilling this in your children. Good on you!!
Thank you so much for sharing this amazing story. Filipino choose you and your family because you and your family are beautiful (inside and out) people. ❤❤❤
This time, I was way ahead of you! I saw the video already yesterday when The Filipino Story Studio released your interview yesterday. Just the sane, I’ll say it again that the interview was so heartwarming. It made me appreciate my identity as a Filipino. Mabuhay ang inyong buong pamilya❣️
Thank you for the support! So happy to hear that you enjoyed watching it as much as we loved putting this together. We just love our Filipino community and we wanted to share it’s impact on us with the world!🥹🙏🇵🇭
Watched your video in Sagada and I loved watching the dynamics of your family. Your kids are already seasoned vloggers like their parents. I love The Filipino Story Studio and I’m a subscriber. After watching THIS video of your family story on The Filipino Story, it made me teary-eyed as well. In our great diaspora, many Filipinos leave for a better life for their families, but here you are deciding to live here for a better life. I am now, therefore, a subscriber to your interesting channel. God bless you!
WOW this is a WONDERFUL VIDEO VLOG. I got emotional near the end. What you said about the person who accompanied to your car helping you with your groceries chatting casually is so nice to hear that, that still happens. I don’t know if Nelvine was born and raised in the USA but he said he is 100% Filipino but from what Mom Duty said when she was introduced to his family, she thought there was some sort of a party, but no we’re just hanging out. That’s the Filipino way. Instant get together. Can I suggest to feature Filipino fiestas, like how families and the community get ready for the celebration. That would be a lot of work/ research. And you will be traveling all around the Philippines for that. More success to your family. 👏👏👏👏👏♥️
Yep I've seen this on their channel but I am already a subscriber before your interview - YES they have QUALITY content and I have already shred their channel to my Family... I'll share them to my friends as well... Your story by the way is very beautiful and inspiring... This interview made me love you guys even more.
Hello ma'am I'm a new subscriber at your UA-cam just this morning and I watch a lot of your videos and I love it so much and your kambal kids are so funny and interesting to watch God bless your family and I love it to much♥️♥️♥️🙏🙏🙏🙏
0 seconds ago The truth is filipinos are not nice to their fellow Filipinos who speak pure Tagalog. But they are nice to foreigners. I remember few years ago when my white husband was about to be given preferential treatment by a security guard in the mall. He declined and gave way to the Filipinos in line ahead of us. I commend my husband for doing this. I also say to Filipinos we meet to not give special treatment to my husband. We believe that all people should be treated the same regardless of race. No foreigners should be treated over Filipinos. No Filipinos should be treated below foreigners.
In Philippines when you dropped something or you cannot carry all those stuff you bought , someone really gonna help you but here in Hong Kong or Singapore that i went to . They dont care about you it feels like "Mind your own Business" lol . Its really true
I research most of our family name are came from Latin America maybe 60% Spain is Just 20% The other maybe from nearby nations like India,Malasia, Singapore, It is in Visayan and Mindanao area Chinese also anywhere.
Hello MomDuty, my wife and daughter wants to join me at BGC after Boracay. Where's a good place to stay in BGC for 4 to 6 days? Salamat, Gracias, Thank you po. Added po to match your blog. :)
They rely on giving them TIP, that’s how they earn more money, yes I agree they smiles, very helpful etc,, true BUT you have to give them like 50 pesos, 100.00 etc, that’s why they are helpful they go on their way to help you like help you all the way to your car to put your groceries in the car SO DO YOU TIP THEM??
This is great your kids are half Mexican half Filipino and their mom is getting immersed with the Filipino culture. What about the Mexican culture of the children's mother. She needs to go back and learn her Mexican culture along with her children and her Filipino husband . I hope she's not feeling out of place!!! Just a stranger feeling concerned. 🙏🙏🙋♂️
So nice of you to feel concerned. You have a big heart my friend☺️🫶 But no need to be. The kids grew up visiting Mexico every year and seeing my side of the fam. Both countries have a special place in our hearts and there’s plenty of room for both🇵🇭🇲🇽
