    I was waiting for this recipe this is excellent in south Gujarat people muse to eat during Monsoon and also during Gauri Vrat. One eat this with khichadi and Rotala. Thanks sir for this video. We alway make this Panichu and enjoy a lot.

    Thx for keeping up with tradisional South Guj recepies. Well explained.
    In addition if we put little drop of castrol oil on top of each mango , i.e. the stem side then it preserves for longer time.
    Next you should go for BAFAANA keri == बफाणा केरी😋😋

    It is called maavadu or vadu mangai in tamil .it is very famous in tamilnadu and kerala. But we dont add water.or ice cubes. This recipe is unique and different.
