Thx for keeping up with tradisional South Guj recepies. Well explained. In addition if we put little drop of castrol oil on top of each mango , i.e. the stem side then it preserves for longer time. Next you should go for BAFAANA keri == बफाणा केरी😋😋
It is called maavadu or vadu mangai in tamil .it is very famous in tamilnadu and kerala. But we dont add water.or ice cubes. This recipe is unique and different.
